“This store was awesome! Its behind the Starbucks near a closed Krispy Kreme. Especially the manager! Can't remember his name, but his picture is on the wall. I was taking a break from a local residential service call and got a flat tire. I did not have the lug nut remover for my specialty tires. They had my flat changed in less than an hour and the manager, I think his name was Terry, gave me a free lug nut socket that fits that tire! Thanks Discount Tire on George Bush!”

“Good prices on tires. Friendly service. But they severely over-torque lug nuts. It you have a flat and need to remove a wheel they installed, you may not be able to get the lug nuts off without breaking a lug bolt. This has happened to me twice.”

“WOW!!! This place runs like a well-oiled machine. I haven't experienced this level of service, knowledge, care since I can remember! I overheard others saying the same as well. I came in just after 5pm on a Friday hoping they could squeeze me in the schedule after I picked up a nail on a jobsite today, then I decided to replace 2 tires as well. Was no problem for them. All bays were full but also FULLY staffed so they had my car ready to go in no time! Called my parents just to tell them they need to start coming to this location. 5 STARS!!!”

“Five stars all the way around! I have been unemployed for 3 months, with only $200 in my checking account and the salesman, Adrian, really helped me out by making it affordable to replace my tire. He didn’t judge my situation and was really cool about it.Also I didn’t have an appointment, and they were busy with six people ahead of me, but Brandon came in from outside to help check me in, and they still got my car in for a look in 45 minutes. My other 3 tires are also very thin tread and need to be replaced, Brandon was great!He showed me how low the tread was and explained what I should expect from their future performance, but didn’t pressure me into replacing them right now.Unfortunately, the inside of the tire was damaged from driving on it too long so they couldn’t do the free repair.Also the coffee was good ?”

“I don't know how I've not previously written a review for Carmon as I have been a thankful recipient of expertise for probably 10 years when he had his shop at the 75 and royal area. He is beyond budget considerate with his pricing and just overall extremely honest and fair. He continuously goes above and beyond to help. I was recently on a road trip with my not yet 2 year old daughter and husband when we experienced some mechanical issues. I reached out to Carmon and he explained what was happening and helped my family get home safely. Furthermore, he then educated us on how to prevent it in the future. His knowledge is wide-ranging but more than that he is happy to educate his clients which is invaluable. Lastly, he is so kind he always puts us at ease (my husband and I have talked about we want to have dinner with him and his wife - we like him so much!) which is such a blessing if you're stressed about a car issue or budget. “All the guys that work here are great. I even went to two different restaurants while waiting for my tires and the people at both restaurants spoke very highly of them. Sam took very good care of me, ordered my tires and called me when they were in. They did excellent job on thwere able to take me a day early. I especially appreciated that they wrote up my order without high pressure sales, like you get at Discount Tire, and found me a 10% discount, something that Discount Tire would never do. They were also about $40 cheaper on 4 Wrangler Duratrac RT (17r70) @ $243.00 ea. on their website before the 10% discount. I was basically allowed to do an alignment for free with the savings. When i arrived 15 minutes before closing, they went right to work and did everything, rotating, changing my tire. They even took the time to check my wiper blades and my other tires, air them up and change the wiper blades.”
