Not even the Walmart wannabe’s could beat that! Walmart installed truck tires last month, caught a couple nails nowhere near the sidewall, but the “tech” said Walmart policy prevented them from repairing because of a rusted wheel stud, even though we had warranty on the tires. ??♂️ Don’t waste your time, get it done fast and right the first go-round with Baker’s! ? ⭐️”
“My 2002 SC430 is not driven much at all but it had a lot of deferred maintenance. Roy and the Overseas team did a thorough assessment, provided pictures, and performed an extensive list repairs. The price was reasonable and the work was complete a day ahead of plan. Overall, it was an excellent experience!”
“I got into a minor accident and needed two new tires and new rims. Rey at discount was very helpful and did not pressure me into getting anything I didn’t need. Originally I thought I only needed one new rim, but Rey brought the other tire in to show me the other rim that needed replacement. Service was super fast and professional. I got new tires 6 months ago at a different discount so my warranty covered the tires.”

“Discount Tires did a good job on: getting new tires on my Xterra, getting the TPMS issues addressed, and get the alignments done right.
I'm leaving 4 stars because the work quality of wheel balancing is subpar. Seems like I always face this issue with the franchise Discount Tire when it comes to this specific issue. I'm not sure if it's the equipments they're using?
I ended up taking my vehicle elsewhere and the result is pretty bad, like around 4-6oz of off-balance (see picture). The tech from a different shop mentioned that some of the old balancing weight was left there too.”

The second time coming here for oil change and inspection
This time, had to wait about 10 minutes, he was in a conference with a customer about tires and getting an alignment afterwards (Joe told them exactly where to go for best quality and price locally for alignment)
Many times, employees asked if I needed help, I repeated that I was told to just ask for Joe, and they smiled and pointed at the room. I could hear he was currently with someone else
Less than an hour, I had an oil change, state inspection, and swapped 4 wheels from 18" to 20"

“I visited 4 tire shops looking for a size 13 tire—3 didn’t carry it, and the big business one I went to gave me incorrect info. Then I was referred to Extreme Tire & Wheel. The owner didn’t have the tire in stock but ordered it online and had it ready the very next day, with a fair price including installation. Unlike the others, they were honest, helpful, and respectful throughout. Huge thanks for the great service I’d been searching for!”

“Always liked Discount Tire, but made the mistake of trying to switch to Costco after their pricing looked attractive. After waiting over 5 days for them to get my tire order in, I called Discount for options.
Somehow it didn’t occur to me that DT would price match not only the Costco tire, but also the install fee waiver! And on top of that, they got my tires in from their warehouse the SAME DAY. I’ll never go anywhere else and this just reminded me why they will continue to get my business.”

“My best to date experience with a body shop. I brought my BMW to fix two bumpers. The work was done within a week with daily updates on the repair status. DeMarcus Culp was my main point of contact at the body shop and he was professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Highly recommend this body shop to BMW owners are they are BMW certified and conveniently located.”
