“Got my Samsung Frame TV here and Josh has provided such excellent customer service! I came in knowing what size TV I wanted and he pulled out a few for me to test out as I wanted to make sure I get the once I like. He was patient with me and was very knowledgable on each tv he tested out. He then helped me load it in my car and later that night I had a question about the warranty and he was swift with the response. On top of the great service, they were such genuine people. “Been coming to ALTEX here for since before they moved here, and I have never regretted it! Sure the health check can be a bit pricy at $80, but they do a damn good job of helping me maintain my PC. If I spend money here, they crank it out like professionals!
I’m not the most tech minded person, so coming here on a free day and asking them to work their magic really helps assuage my concerns, or even confirm my worst fears when I have to bring my little war machine in.
I’ve come here for things as little as a can of air spray and Ethernet cables, and as big as buying my RTX4060, and upgrading my OS!
Every time I’ve brought my little war machine in, they help keep her parts replaced and maintained, and give her back to me in working order, and back to 100% gaming condition!
Sure Microcenter has a wider selection, but ALTEX brings the Professionals. I go to Microcenter for outer hardware(monitors and mice and keyboards), but when it comes to the vitals of my war machine, ALTEX is where I go!”

Not only were the prices right, they have stock (no unreasonable waits), and they actually know what there talking about (no apologizes to Geek Squad). So much so, that I came back 2 months later to build another computer. And wouldn't you know that the MSI GeForce RTX 4090 price came WAY down. So my wife gave me her bad*** 4080 build and she's got the best of the best. All for a damn good prices and again, This tech crew Know What there Doing! I seriously appreciate yall for all your work. Hands Down, if I needed another build, and soon, I'd go back again.”

“Got my phone fixed here they gave me a bad screen, came back one time and he told me it’s apples update just ignored my problem and blamed it on Apple . 3rd time I came back another guy actually realized they gave me a bad screen and try to charge me $65 for a new one . When I express I didn’t have any money for it , and that they should give me a new one because they gave me a bad screen. He then put my old screen on and charged me $10 for just opening it. WORST PLACE EVER DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM EVERYTHING they have is refurbished junk. Nothing is new . SCAMMERS & Con man work here STAY AWAY !”
