“I wanted to share what a great experience I have been having lately at the Southlake Home Depot.
John, Chris, and Jackie helped me pick up supplies for my son’s birthday and they were fantastic. They took the time to walk through options with me and really made sure I found everything I needed. It was one of those experiences where you can tell people actually care about helping rather than just pointing you to an aisle.
I also have to thank Sandra for helping me with a mulch order when I was not able to pick it up on time because of my husband’s schedule. She handled everything so kindly and made what could have been a hassle incredibly easy.
I grew up here and have always shopped at Home Depot. In the past there were definitely times when you might have to wait a bit for help or track someone down if you needed something. It never bothered me much because I have always liked their selection better than other stores.
Lately though something has clearly changed. I cannot walk into the store without someone asking if I need help. The associates are friendly, proactive, and genuinely helpful. It feels like people actually care about the customers and want to make sure you find what you need.
Whoever is leading that store right now is doing a great job. The difference in the level of service is noticeable and really appreciated.

“I had an incredible experience at this Lowe’s thanks to Carter in the lumber department. I’m currently dealing with a torn ACL, and Carter went above and beyond by helping me hand-pick the best straight boards and handling all the heavy lifting and cutting.
I’ve been to many other stores where getting help is a struggle, but the service here was top-notch. I received help from other staff to load all my lumber, stones, whatever I biught that day. Truly grateful for all the help. Thanks everyone. Huge shoutout to the staff here.”

“Today I went to this store and needed help in the gardening department, I walked to the front of the store and there was a young girl standing at the register, helping people check out she looked at me and asked if I needed help. I told her yes if she could get someone to help me over there she said I can help you and she walked me through to the garden entrée helped me pick out where I wanted and then took me back to get checked out. I do know that that was not her job, but that was the best Customer Service I have ever had in that store her name was Amy. She was very friendly, sweet and my grandfather who was with me said that he has seen her in there a couple of times and he’s always very helpful to him also, that’s what Customer Service is about. I would say look for Amy and she’ll help you with anything.”

“Great showplace to look at difference light theme and styles. People are very friendly and helpful. My ceiling fan replacement was availible at Lowes etc but you don't get this level of service their like at Lee Lighting so we bought it here.”
“I ordered 960 Pavestone pavers from the Keller, TX Lowe's. I worked directly with Martin in fulfillment. Martin was very knowledgeable and willing to help me fulfill my order. Martin worked diligently to first find the paver, then secure them for delivery to my home. Martin is one of the rare customer service representatives who really cares about your needs. Lowes, please recognize this young man, whatever you are paying him, he is worth a whole lot more.”
“Been here twice and had great customer service both times. Cool store with tons of deals. This last time the credit card system was down and I didnt have cash on me. Ronnie, an employee paid for my $2 charge. Guy didnt even hesitate, just immediately help me out. I had euros on me so I traded him 5 euros. Thank you Ronnie, you're an incredible guy. 5 stars for the store, 6 stars for Ronnie”

“Absolutely excellent service today spent almost 30 minutes looking for a certain part until one of the Home Depot associates named FERA helped me out not only did she help me find the right part which at the store I was at was not in stock but also called a different stores manager had them pick up the part for me and keep it reserved. Absolutely awesome.”

She dashed outta there and personally picked my order so I was able to check in and go in less than 5 minutes. “I was helping my daughter move from Wyoming to Ft Worth and called and talked to Seth to see if we could park overnight and they were super nice about it and he said absolutely! My daughter worked at home depot in Casper and its always been my favorite home improvement store. Of course insulating ended up needing a couple of things while I was here and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. They really pulled through for me, I didn't realize that even the truck stops around here charge for parking (whats the world coming to!) I refuse to pay for BS like that, and you should as well! And stop by Home depot and make sure these guys know you appreciate them!”
“I wanted to recognize Gerod in the Lumber/Hardware department for his excellent service on the evening of Feb 9th. He assisted my father and me in finding several items, including lumber and u-bolts. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient. It's rare to get such personalized service in a big store, and he made our trip much easier. Please make sure his supervisor sees this!”
“Rickey in the fridge section recently helped us purchase a new fridge after an absolute nightmare working with Samsung. He was very informative, helpful and friendly! He made us trust in this purchase by thoroughly explaining the extended warranty with us that we added on. When we complained of our old fridge, he let us know about an option to pay to haul it out when they deliver the new one. We were dreading having to deal with that so we were super grateful! Despite his attention to detail, the process was very fast and efficient.
Now as for the delivery itself, that was also the best delivery I’ve ever received from a big store. They were very respectful, removed the door swiftly to get the fridge inside, got it set up and ready to go for us. We didn’t even pay for set up! They were just really nice guys. When we have to buy a new appliance, we’ll be going with Lowe’s and hopefully Rickey!”
