“Lev's Paint and Body shop were absolutely amazing to me and my vehicle needs. It was a very stressful moment during an extreme weather event, and Samantha was calming and friendly and very helpful. She answered all of my questions, my follow up email and texts, and helped me organize logistics of getting vehicle towed from their shop to my home /out of town destination. They stored my vehicle safely between the tows it needed. I would have been using this shop to complete my work (very reasonable estimate) had I lived closer. I am very grateful that such a professional, helpful, and straightforward body shop business was who I landed with on such a stressful day. “Excellent customer provided by all associates I encountered today in my visit today but specially Matthew!!
Went in, needed a new battery! Line was super long! Maybe like 6 customers in front of me but Matt reassured all of us waiting that he would get to us as quickly as possible and apologized for the line.
He didn’t have to!
Line went by pretty quick because both guys working at this location were efficient, love this store and love Matthew!
He also helped me install my new battery in my car!

“-See Update Below-
Very disappointed in customer service training and empowering employees to problem-solve. I had two problems neither were solved, both involved defective parts.
The first, a defective Auto Craft Lug Wrench crumbled when utilized appropriately. It was within the 45 day window. The employee informed me that since it was broken he would not take it back. Concerns could be addressed by a manager, “tomorrow.”
The second issue involved a wiper blade that was defective. Fortunately, I purchased the extended warranty, the associate who seemed to be listening to a radio as a faint talk show followed him around, notified me that he did in fact find proof of my warranty, but since the computer would not let him print he could not honor it.
Until this point I have had good service at Advanced; however, I am seriously reevaluating my future patronage.

I was able to return and talk with the manager. She graciously listened to my perspective and explained that warrantees are through a third-party (whose systems are currently down) however, she went above and beyond the call of duty to fulfill Advance’s commitment to the agreement we had previously established.
This Advance is one that I have appreciated in the past and experienced great customer service. Based on history, I will continue to utilize their services and discount this one anomaly.”

“This parts ordering store is reasonably priced but not always the best price. We have purchased several parts from them. The gentlemen who comes to the front is always kind and does not treat me any different with or without my husband. I do not like that you can't call them directly, you have to call an 800 number and then ask to be transferred to a store #. Then ask your questions.”

“At 6 am on Sunday I discovered that the tire was flat, I tried to change it, but due to the fact that the wheels had not been changed for a long time, two bolts broke, and I arrived at the store and Matthew was there in the morning, he helped me find a mechanic who works on Sunday at 8 am.”
“Service department staff are friendly and generally pretty fast. There’s always plenty of employees around to help. Tariq is a hospitality dream. Professional, courteous and an absolute gentleman. Also, if you get window chips as often as I do, ask for Ed and he’ll take care of your windshield before you even get a chance to go inside and sample the generous selection of free coffee. Good employees are hard to find, treat them well!”

“I rarely write reviews, but the folks at the auto care center went above and beyond to wrap up my oil change. A previous tech at another oil change business completely stripped out the head on the oil drain plug - most shops would have declined the job, but these guys were able to extract the stripped plug and replaced it with a new one at no extra charge. I was in and out in a little over an hour, and the price was more than reasonable.
Aside from that, having previous technician experience makes me very selective about who I allow to work on my cars, and I was observing very carefully to determine the quality of their work. Needless to say, I was impressed enough to say that I will likely return here for all of my oil changes in the future!”
