“I brought in an older car (1996) with an automated radio antenna that wouldn't retract, meaning I couldn't run it through a car wash. The General Manager, Kyle, spent an hour of his time accessing the mechanism and researching replacement options. It turns out that replacement parts are no longer available because of the car's age. I tried some junk yard sites without success. I brought the car back and told Kyle I could do without the radio but still wanted the antenna down, meaning an ability to visit the local car wash. The Caliber Collision crew managed to disconnect the antenna system and wiring, allowing retraction.
All told, Kyle and his people spent over 2 hours on my old car - total charge; $0.00. They are good people and do good work.”

“Excellent customer provided by all associates I encountered today in my visit today but specially Matthew!!
Went in, needed a new battery! Line was super long! Maybe like 6 customers in front of me but Matt reassured all of us waiting that he would get to us as quickly as possible and apologized for the line.
He didn’t have to!
Line went by pretty quick because both guys working at this location were efficient, love this store and love Matthew!
He also helped me install my new battery in my car!

This place is very busy, but they seem to have a reasonable turnaround time. Just remember to be patient and realistic as most repairs will take a good while. Overall, they stayed true to their timelines and don't give you false expectations.”

“-See Update Below-
Very disappointed in customer service training and empowering employees to problem-solve. I had two problems neither were solved, both involved defective parts.
The first, a defective Auto Craft Lug Wrench crumbled when utilized appropriately. It was within the 45 day window. The employee informed me that since it was broken he would not take it back. Concerns could be addressed by a manager, “tomorrow.”
The second issue involved a wiper blade that was defective. Fortunately, I purchased the extended warranty, the associate who seemed to be listening to a radio as a faint talk show followed him around, notified me that he did in fact find proof of my warranty, but since the computer would not let him print he could not honor it.
Until this point I have had good service at Advanced; however, I am seriously reevaluating my future patronage.

I was able to return and talk with the manager. She graciously listened to my perspective and explained that warrantees are through a third-party (whose systems are currently down) however, she went above and beyond the call of duty to fulfill Advance’s commitment to the agreement we had previously established.
This Advance is one that I have appreciated in the past and experienced great customer service. Based on history, I will continue to utilize their services and discount this one anomaly.”

“At 6 am on Sunday I discovered that the tire was flat, I tried to change it, but due to the fact that the wheels had not been changed for a long time, two bolts broke, and I arrived at the store and Matthew was there in the morning, he helped me find a mechanic who works on Sunday at 8 am.”

The gentlemen who comes to the front is always kind and does not treat me any different with or without my husband. I do not like that you can't call them directly, you have to call an 800 number and then ask to be transferred to a store #. Then ask your questions.”
