“I have been going to Century Automotive for nearly a decade, even before I had my own car! When I was a fresh, young driver, I was often tasked with bringing my dad's vehicles over here for maintenance. I quickly got to know the people and they are wonderful and dedicated to their work. When I got my own vehicles over time, all of them have been cared for under the expertise of Century's crew. I swear by this place and recommend it without hesitation when people need help! Prices are always more than fair and work is always done right. Personally, I have never had any issues after something was fixed.
Also, I really wanted to make this entire review about how wonderful and dedicated Terry is, but I fear there isn't enough space or words! I will say at minimum, she is a respectably tough lady, and I adore her as a person and service advisor. She is the backbone of Century Automotive. Keep on keeping on, Terry!”

My son was traveling through Luisianna and blew his transmission on his 2011 Chevrolet.
Kenny and the team had the transmission replaced with an OEM transmission in just a few days and at a great price!
Cut to 2 months later the OEM transmission went out. Kenny said that it would be covered under any dealership. We took it to Carlsbad Chevrolet in Carlsbad, NM.
Carlsbad Chevrolet sat on a he vehicle for 2 months and didn’t even begin the diagnostic process! Dillard’s Mechanical Specialists requested I bring the vehicle to them.
I have to wed the vehicle from Carlsbad, NM to Richmond, TX (625 miles)! Kenny and the team at Dillard’s had the repair completed (under warranty services) in less than a week! The team communicated through out the process!

“I brought my truck here on a friend’s referral and was not disappointed. After having a diagnosis and quote for some major repair work (new rear diff.) from a different shop (well known chain in the Fulshear area which I had frequented for years), I questioned that entity’s value (and values- in spite of the company name).
I came to Chris and his team for a second opinion. They not only conducted a much more detailed diagnosis, but took the time to walk me through everything. Their pricing was substantially more reasonable for the work needed. More important to me than that was their integrity and customer service. It is obvious they take pride in their work, and highly value those that walk through their doors.
Unlike the other shop, there was no “salesmanship” trying to convince me that other unrelated & unnecessary services were also needed.

“I was referred to Car Care USA by my friend and he has been very pleased with the service, work and cost on his vehicles. I called, talked to Jake and he said to bring my vehicle on in. I was totally blown away with the care and service I received. The service was done in a timely manner with Jake calling me, assuring me of what was being done. “Definitely will be coming back! Our family mechanic can’t do much when it comes to my VW, other than simpler auto repairs due to the build of European cars. I knew something was wrong with my transmission. They let me drop off the car late afternoon, so whatever needed to be done could be done the next day as I wanted. They called me back within less than a couple of hours and had already looked at, diagnosed the issue and had a fair estimate ready for me! Really took the time to explain everything about the issue and the parts, where the costs come from and so on. After picking it up the next day when they were done, they even mentioned anything else that could or needed to be done to the car for maintenance issues could be prioritized as we go whenever I was ready, due to my budget. I don’t think I’ve ever had a mechanic be upfront and honest, let alone go into the details. Not to mention I believe they even cleaned up a nasty scuff mark/dent on my rear fender left by a not so nice neighbor that hit my car and drove off. So thank you guys very much! “I had an interaction with Santiago last week. He did work on my wife's Jeep off a quick evaluation. The job was done on time and without any issues. That I'm appreciative for. The one thing I will say is that after my career of over 30 years of taking care of customers. One thing I will say is that Santiago definitely has a way of handling customers. Most people his age do not handle themselves half as well as him. I only came here because of the bodyshop I took my wife's car to work with Santiago.
