“After being refused service at AutoZone, My husband and I went to the O’Reilly on FM1464 to get the battery on my Jeep Wrangler checked. Munib and the female associate were very helpful and had no attitude at all although we realized that it was only a couple of minutes until the store closed.
The boy stayed until about 9:15PM, even after closing and properly installed the battery. He explained the core couldn’t be processed since the store was closed, which was understandable. He also politely refused to take a tip.
