“I purchased a Durlast alternator on the 3rd of April in the evening. A young woman helped me and my friend out. She was having trouble getting the alternator testing machine to work in order to test my old alternator. She didn't give up and I so appreciate that. She could've easily sent me to another store and washed her hands of helping us out. She was very professional and very nice to deal with. I was very happy when I left the store. I have been there a few times and always have had a good experience just don't really write reviews but I will from now on when I get good service. Good customer service is hard to find these days, it's so sad. Please give this girl a raise!!!”

“I’ve been at this location twice and both times, had excellent service provided. This time around, it was my son’s car, which was having some battery issues. Jakob S helped us and performed a battery check and advised us that our battery needed to be replaced. He installed the battery within 10-12 mins. He was courteous, helpful and proficient.
On a previous visit, about 6 weeks ago, there was an issue with wifey’s car battery and that time Eduardo had helped us. He too was proficient, and very helpful and we were extremely satisfied.”

“The cigarette lighter extender which has three more open lighter ports for accessories quit working even though the plug shows the power & I have USB & micro USB C plugged into the cigarette lighter portion
but the extender itself does not power on so I need to return to AutoZone & exchanges for another one since this one is probably defective

The gentlemen who comes to the front is always kind and does not treat me any different with or without my husband. I do not like that you can't call them directly, you have to call an 800 number and then ask to be transferred to a store #. Then ask your questions.”

“After being refused service at AutoZone, My husband and I went to the O’Reilly on FM1464 to get the battery on my Jeep Wrangler checked. Munib and the female associate were very helpful and had no attitude at all although we realized that it was only a couple of minutes until the store closed.
The boy stayed until about 9:15PM, even after closing and properly installed the battery. He explained the core couldn’t be processed since the store was closed, which was understandable. He also politely refused to take a tip.

The reason I didn't give a 5 is that the paint color has a slight difference compared to the rest of the car body. However, my vehicle has a complex color, so I understand that achieving a perfect match can be challenging.”
