“It’s Harbor Freight, what more is there to say? Brand new location, really feels too nice to be a HF. Seems very well run with fully stocked shelves, friendly staff. Only downside is the entrance is a little tricky getting into, not the most accessible location. But that can’t be changed, so 5/5.”

They were serving brisket sandwiches and had games to play with planned in advance cause I knew about the activity because I’m an awards member where we brought our three year-old granddaughter with us and she enjoyed the visit. “The staff here is very knowledgeable and can help when it comes to deciding what size pipes you truly need. Here when they say they will call you back, want to know so something crazy, they actually follow through. Its usually the same day if you call early enough. Can't thank y'all enough for finding the parts I needed and getting it ordered. Very professional and they ALL know what they are talking about been doing business with them since I was 16 and before my dad had an account with no issues EVER. “The store was very clean and the staff was helpful. It's really good to come here and check it out every once in awhile to see the new items that they carry. I do think that if you come here you know you're not going to get the absolute best quality in some of the items. But some of the items here are for one or two time use only because they're more specialty use. What I do like about them is that they do carry certain things that you cannot find at the big box stores and I do like their sales and once in a while they'll have a really really good deal on certain items.”
“The five stars is really because of the wonderful customer service tonight. First, the service couldn't have been better by customer associate Jeremy who helped me in the appliances department with microwaves. Not only was he visibly available, gave me space, checked on how I was doing, but was willing to help me with handling the microwaves which one I asked to put back. I even offered a monetary tip to him to which he politely refused. Then the night became better with associate Amy at checkout, she had a sunny and warm personality. She approached me asking if I’d like assistance to my vehicle. Amy anticipated if I had any needs. It was wonderful service at Lowe’s, probably the best at any Lowe’s that I could recall. Kudos to these two associates! The store was also clean and had microwaves at good prices.”

“I came to this location on June 11, 2024 and was looking for a few items. The young man by the name of Mr.Ede who appear to work in garden tools was phenomenal! I said excuse me, and asked for help as he was up on a ladder doing something else at the time. I was looking for the spray bottles, and he came down with a pleasant attitude, not with an attitude, that I’m a bother to him. Then took me to another spot to give me other options. That’s not normal into days time. Mr.Kelvin in electrical and Mr.Kendrick were also phenomenal! Mr.Kelvin helped me to find the bulb I needed, that I was struggling to find the right one, and Mr. Kendrick directed me where to go to find what I needed. The young lady by the name of Ms.Esther was also phenomenal! She assisted with a pleasant attitude and said she would help when it came to working at the self check, to helping place items in bag for me. She had a very pleasant attitude, and made my experience a good one. Each one of these individuals done an excellent job, when it comes to providing excellent customer service.I live a little distance from this location, but have come many times, and I can say each time, I have been satisfied as a customer. I give each one of them 5 stars.⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
