However, experiences with customer service, particularly for help with the Kroger app, have been frustrating for some. Requests for in-person help at the customer service desk have been ignored or met with disinterest, with customers being directed to call a helpline that has long waiting times. Attempts to get help via email have resulted in unhelpful or irrelevant responses that did not resolve the simple issues, leading to a feeling that there is no corporate interest in assisting customers with the app. Despite this, many find the store convenient, often not too crowded, and a favorite place to shop due to its overall value and specific finds like competitively priced tofu.
Customer service is normally pretty ok, if I ever ask a question. Today the cashier was just not helpful made me feel like I was doing something wrong, was just rude. Definitely not going to that cashier again.
