“Dr Doug is awesome! We are only in town for a few months at a time and his warm welcoming vibe made us feel comfortable when we were nervous about a new lump on our dog. He did everything to make us feel comfortable and went above and beyond to test and even call with results later that night. While checking out I remembered I wanted to get my dog’s nails trimmed which Liane did right away free of charge. Dr. Roggy was calm and addressed all my concerns. Front desk lady was also great. “I truly do not even have the words to express how incredible this clinic is. From the very first phone call through one of the hardest 24 hours of my life, every single person I interacted with was kind, compassionate, patient, and genuinely cared.
I want to specifically thank Kayla, Kennedy, Cynthia, and anyone else on the admin team I may be forgetting (I am so sorry if I missed anyone). Everyone was wonderful from the moment I walked through the door.
Henna (I apologize if I misspelled her name), our Vet Tech, and Dr. Hegde were absolutely incredible. The moment they stepped into the room, I immediately felt supported and knew Mini was in loving hands. They paid attention to every detail. They cleaned Mini up and made him feel comfortable and cared for in a way he hadn't been in months. They even cleaned his carrier for me without me asking. Those little acts of kindness meant so much.
Dr. Hegde went above and beyond in a way I will never forget. She even called me after hours while I was struggling through an incredibly difficult decision regarding Mini. I cannot put into words how much that support meant to me.
I didn't get the chance to personally meet Dr. Dunkelberger, who was going to assist with Mini's procedure, but fitting us into the schedule last minute was such an incredible kindness and something I will always appreciate.
This was not even my primary veterinary team. I came to them after feeling completely let down elsewhere, and they took me in exactly when I needed help most. The amount of time, compassion, support, and care they gave me in just 24 hours was beyond anything I could have expected.
I will recommend this clinic to everyone I know, and they will absolutely be my first call for Ivy, Poe, and any future pets. The work they are doing is incredible.
