“???? I’m a new resident to Richmond, Texas a friend of mine referred this animal clinic to me. They treated me like family as if I was a customer for 20 years. From the moment that I walked in the door, they were extremely sweet to Chance & I. I’ve passed this place 20 times I didn’t know they were there because the location is a little tucked away. It’s extremely clean they’re super efficient & you’ll never feel lonely with Rocky greeting you ?. Chance was taken care of so quickly ? I can officially say I have a veterinarian now ??? “The Vet Tech, a young African American lady, made our entire experience so welcoming and stress-free. She deserves an astronomical raise!! First, she saw us in the waiting area and immediately acknowledged us and asked if we had been helped yet. Although the vet was not ready for us yet, she kindly offered if we wanted to wait inside one of the rooms because the lobby was a bit loud. Lastly, she was very curteous throughout the whole process of asking for our pet’s history and information. I think her name was Maleah, but we can’t remember. Her customer service was so good we will make the 1hr drive again just to visit this location!”
