“I'm not sure what is going on with the low reviews, but personally I had a great first time experience here. The facility was very clean, spacious, well organized, and had refreshments in the lobby if you're in need of one. I didn't have to wait either since I had an appt and they just put me in a room immediately when I walked in with my pup. Dr. Lee and his staff were very nice and professional in taking care of my dog. Dr. Lee spent a good amount of time going over possible diagnosis and treatment plans in detail as well as cost. The clinic I usually go to has no appt available, and my dog was vomiting and having bloody diarrhea. I was hesitant bringing him to another clinic that may potentially cost me an arm and a leg. I took the risk coming here because I wanted to make sure my baby gets treated ASAP. They are upfront of the charges before they do anything, as I do understand some vet clinics can put a heavy price on their services (at the end of the day it's still a business) but I think their prices are reasonable compared to a lot of places. My dog is doing much better now thanks to VCA! Give this place a chance, I would highly recommend it!”
