Christian Brothers Automotive Rockwall provides knowledgeable, honest, and genuine auto repair services. The shop is noted for its impeccable service, with staff described as very kind, nice, professional, friendly, and helpful. Customers report a best-in-class experience, praising the world-class app system that includes video reviews and clear breakdowns of repairs by labor, parts, and urgency. Service is consistently quick and affordable, with repair times often faster than expected. The business operates with transparency, integrity, and compassion, aiming to make auto repair easy. While a minor communication delay was noted once due to high volume, the customer service and quality of work receive the highest recommendations. Many customers state they will never take their vehicle anywhere else.
Excellent service, same price as the rude places. Have been going here for years, will continue. Fair. Honest. Helpful. Kind.
