“However they have moved racks. They are now much closer together. One cary can barely go down the isle. I didn't go down some isles because it was too crowded. Need to change back to original layout.”
“Good merchandise and prices are reasonable! A very nice service is that there is an Amazon return area! It's very convenient and I wished more stores offered this service! Wished the store was located in a better place. It is tucked in quite a ways off the service road. Had to use Google a few times to find Kohl's. Would be nice if the store could be seen more easily. The store front faces perpendicular to the service road, making it difficult to see! Kohl's is a nice store!”

“Busy Clean store, line went quickly, lots to choose from and helpful staff. I will say stockers can be a bit too much in a hurry and seem frustrated going from the dressing rooms. But things do move fast in the store.
If you move slow be aware of fast moving staff with clothes racks. My suggestion to the store would be have staff use one side of the dressing room to exit. Disabled people are not able to move out of the way as quickly.
Lady at checkout was so helpful and kind. Several staff throughout the store organizing the clothes were helpful as well.
Again it is busy here on a Saturday.”
“The staff ia very friendly at this location, however, the stock is always low with limited options and sizes. The shoe racks are very empty. Hopefully with so many people moving this way, they noticed the need on increasing their inventory.”
“I stopped by the Estée Lauder counter to buy some Double Wear, the associate was so nice! She told me all about the presell. She gave me a sample of my favorite color to hold me over, I was going on a trip, till I picked up my purchase from the presell. Went to pick it up on the 20th and she helped me right away. Thank you to all the wonderful associates there at the Estée Lauder and Clinique counter. I will be back!”

“This dollar tree opened up right down the street and I couldn't be more excited. I've been MANY times and it never disappoints. They have a wide variety of things you wouldn't think would only be a $1.25 and their $5-$7 things are just as great. I moved here a year and a half ago and have bought much needed items that have made my house a home. I am also a DIY person when it comes to home decor, especially for holidays and found that this Dollar Tree has so many different types of things I can and have used. They carry, and this was actually a surprise to me, great snacks I can't find at our local Walmart. Dog treats/outfits, office/school supplies, laundry needs, kitchen utensils, greeting cards, holiday decor, vases, beauty producta that are just as good as the high end products, candles for all occasions and so so much more... You want it, you will most likely find it there. So far, every employee I've interacted with hav been super friendly. The only downside is, I spend more money than I want in there. But at the end of the day, it's worth it.
I love their puzzles, flowers, canvases, ribbons, blank wood boards, large pattern sticker paper, dog outfits, and wall decor I can make my own.”
“I had such a bad experience with customer service “Elaine” she did everything in her power NOT to help me. I’m giving 5 stars because the Manager who helped, also the sweet lady in the garden center, and the very welcoming and sweet people who are greeting guests at the door. In my opinion, the kindness from the other employees out shined the unwillingness to help from Ms. Elaine!”
“John C., the front manager, truly went above and beyond with the customer service and care today. When an order was unfortunately incorrect (was provided only 1 of the 3 pack of legal pads) he not only fixed it on the spot with providing me a refund of the original product, he gave me the single one and provided me a discount for the additional legal pads I went and found. Not ONLY that, he also provided me a $5 gift card to use in the future.
His interaction with me was not only kind and polite but the way he talked to his fellow coworkers even when correcting them, was in a way that leads me to believe that John is a great manager and person. I definitely recommend any commendation that can be given to John but I hope this public praise says something.
