I was definitely asking plenty of questions, as I’m making a dog house for the first time, and both associates I spoke with were patient and answered my questions to the best of their ability. I did encounter an associate at checkout that seemed like she was in a nasty mood, and never once spoke to me.”

I also needed assistance in the lawn section, and he happily walked me down there and helped answer some questions for me there as well. It's not often that you come across someone that not only is knowledgeable, but seems genuinely happy to assist you when shopping. Steve represents this location very well, and was a pleasure to meet.”

“I came there to buy a grill. When I needed help on finding the liquid for charcoal to make fire, no one helped me out even though I kept asking. I asked the lady in the back, she told me come ask in the front. When I came to the front, I asked them again, then they called someone in the back. Finally I went home without getting what I need. I felt disappointed. Wish they have a better service.”
