“Excellent customer service. Everything was completed in a very timely manner. Places like this are the reason why my family and I always take the time to shop local businesses.”

“Herfort Diamond Ring Factory is truly a hidden gem in the Richmond and Rosenberg area. The Herfort family is incredibly kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Their pieces are beautiful, prices are fair, and service feels personal and genuine. I’m definitely going to be a repeat customer.”

“I went to their store on 2977 but they no longer operate out of a brick and mortar - After a quick call I found out they are now a mobile only service. Beatriz was kind enough to meet me in the parking lot so that I could drop off my watches for a battery replacement and not waste the trip. I was so thankful for that. The turnaround on the service was less than 24 hours and Beatriz made it really easy to make a payment online and she dropped off my watches at my home. I highly recommend this business and will be a return customer.”

“I had a great experience with Kay jewels. When I brought my watch to get it adjusted they had it done same day with excellent service. Then when I had another one break I took it to them and they had it done within an hour. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be buying from them again and recommending them to my family/friends.”

“If I could give this James Avery location more than 5 stars, I would! I've visited several James Avery stores throughout Fort Bend, and this one is by far my favorite. The parking is the best of any location in the area, and it's in a safe, convenient part of town, which makes every visit stress-free. The store itself is always spotless, beautifully organized, and welcoming. What really sets this location apart is the staff. Every employee is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to help. If you ask for their opinion on jewelry or charm placement, they're honest and helpful without ever being pushy. They always take the time to make sure you're happy before you leave. I also trust this location completely when leaving my jewelry for cleaning or repairs. They seem to put so much more care into the cleaning process than other locations I've visited. Every charm comes back looking like someone carefully cleaned every little nook and detail instead of just giving it a quick polish. Their turnaround time is impressive as well. Unless it's during one of their big sales, my jewelry is almost always ready for pickup in less than 24 hours, which is amazing. Even during major sales when the line is understandably longer, they schedule plenty of employees at the counter, so things continue moving efficiently. The soldering work here is outstanding. Whoever handles the soldering is incredibly meticulous, and every repair I've had has been flawless. You can tell they take pride in their craftsmanship and pay close attention to every detail. I've also noticed that the management treats both customers and employees with kindness and respect, which creates such a positive atmosphere throughout the store. I highly recommend this James Avery location to anyone looking for exceptional customer service, expert jewelry care, and a team that truly goes above and beyond. It's absolutely worth making this your go-to James Avery store.”
