“I have been looking for a good honest mechanic for a while and they are hard to find. I stumbled across these guys when my CV axles went in my Corvette. There were issues initially because the parts I ordered from a third party, turned out to be faulty in the long run and the whole thing was a headache but John, Mike, Ray and Eric made it right by standing behind their work and honoring that all the way. They replaced the faulty part and even did extra repair work to my Corvette completely free of charge! I was very surprised because this is very rare. I told them I was looking for a good honest mechanic and they took that to heart. Honesty goes a long way and this experience was a reflection of that. I am going to be referring my friends and family to these guys. If you are looking for good honest people, you found them. Thanks again guys!!”
“First of all, when I called and Kalista answered I was super impressed by how professional and thorough she was. Customer service by phone is a dying art and I really appreciate that she takes her job seriously. Also she seems like a genuinely nice young lady. This is relevant because after your new car has stalled in the APEX of summer heat and you've stopped traffic at one of the busiest intersections in Round Rock, a sheriff (not a cop, a sheriff) has had to push your car out of the intersection, and you spent $250 on a tow to an address half a mile away... having a nice customer service experience takes the edge off. Talking to her reminded me of calling 800 numbers back in the 90s and 00s when companies actually cared about keeping their customers happy. Anyway, she sent Victor out, who was on time (early) and it took him about 2 minutes to diagnose the issue. Maybe 3. I am a chaotic neurotic mess usually and Victor says things like "don't worry it'll be fine we got this" and means them, so that was a huge bonus. He showed me where to get the part I needed, I had it shipped out in 2 daze, then he was on time (early) for the part installation and also got that done quite swiftly. Best service experience I've had in a whole minute, automotive or otherwise. ?????”
“This place has completely outgrown itself. Still, friendly knowledgeable professional staff. In and out fairly quickly. Was offered ubers to here or there numerous times... I chose to fall asleep in the waiting room. Will go back and do recommend.”
“I was pleased with the oil change and tire rotation services, they were performed efficiently and met expectations. However, I’m not fully satisfied because the rear light bar issue remains unresolved. The only solution offered was to purchase a replacement either directly from the shop or through an aftermarket source, which was disappointing. Based on this experience, I rated the service 4 out of 5.”

“Fantastic experience here, Dylan is an excellent mechanic and is diligent. I moved from Chicago a few years ago with a fun car and struggled to find a good mechanic, walking out of shops with more problems than I walked in with. Japanese Motorsports did right by me and stood by their work and made things right even when there was a hiccup going above and beyond to accommodate me. The shop is a little on the pricey side, but the work is diligent and you certainly get your values worth!
Will be back in the future and will recommend to anyone needing a good reputable shop.”

“E&T came highly referred by a friend of mine who's been taking his cars to them for 20 years. I've been taking my cars here for the past year and at this point they've worked on all of my cars on multiple occasions and I've had a great experience every time! Their estimates are always very reasonable and the work is completed quickly and very well! They tell you as it is and aren't trying to sell you extra crap you don't need. I'll definitely be continuing to bring my cars here as long as I can!
(Also for those of you driving 20+ year old cars like me, I've never had an issue with them refusing service like I've had at other shops before)”

He was honest, reliable and went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle left in better shape than it did when it got there. His communication was amazing. We don’t use any other mechanic. Only round rock auto center because of the trust we have in this team. They have always taken care of us and continue to do so each and every time. They have my husbands truck now for the ac and we have no doubt that it’s going to be done honestly and correctly. Don’t waste your time going to look for another shop. “Independent auto repair done well in Round Rock. Hometown folks who value your business. Destiny on the front desk, along with Jon and Lance are my new go-to crew for quality auto repair. LazyBoy recliners in the waiting room. Place is showroom clean throughout... the bathroom sparkles, the mechanic bays are suitable for a family picnic. Needed MainLane to repair a wheel lug bolt with stripped threads. Marcello and Karson at Discount Tire were kind enough to pay for it and gave me a referral voucher. Easy to find on I35 frontage road between 620 and 79 in the strip mall on corner of Summit Dr.”
“I needed to get my radiator fixed. My mechanic wanted $1300.00. That seemed like a lot to me, and I would have done it myself, but my work schedule and us leaving for vacation in 4 days was really stressing me out. I called Mobile Auto Clinic, and the price was very reasonable. They got me on the schedule in the time frame that worked for me. They showed up to my house on time and got the whole thing done in approximately 1.5 hours. They are so amazing that I will definitely be using them again. There is no pressure to get stuff done. They are fantastic. Thanks so much for helping me get this done right and at a reasonable price.”

“The body work seems to be good, only time will really tell how good the paint is. Overall I'm satisfied with the initial quality of repair. However, I had to knock down 1 star due to some stain or adhesive that was left in my vehicle back seat.....which is definitely odd considering there was no work being done to that side of the vehicle. Someone left dirty boot prints on the rear passenger floor and scuffed up the back of the passenger seat. I cleaned up the dirt, but am left with two small spots where the person who sat in my back seat must have had some sort of adhesive or other hard curing substance on the bottom of their shoes. Not the end of the world, but I dropped off my vehicle in spotless condition on the interior, and received it back in a different condition despite the only work being done was to the driver side. I'm just curious why we're there 3 people riding around in my vehicle with extremely dirty shoes without at least putting down some kind of courtesy protection on the seats and floor. Eh, I'm admittedly a neat freak and this is probably something not everyone thinks about, just a bit of a bummer in my opinion”
