Being frugal, first I check the clearance section and I find most of the things I want in around $15, that I end up buying more. They have a pretty generous return policy which makes shopping stress free. They also have plenty of fitting rooms.”

“The Levi’s outlet is my go-to for getting quality, tried and true denim for a great price. They always have good deals and a wide size range of the classic cuts, including a variety of inseams, which as a tall woman is a HUGE plus. A lot of stores have turned away from carrying long inseams in-store so this is very much appreciated. Staff is super nice and helpful as well.”
“Only one nice lady working. It was a Wednesday mid-day so I understand. Everything was kept up nice and organized. Lots of sales, fitting rooms were self serve. The worker was very nice and sweet.I was looking all around the mall trying to find a store selling swimsuits, and Aero was the only one I could find. Not a huge selection, but they were cute as heck and on sale. Found some other cute things too and snagged them. Very happy :)”

The employees and staff were amazing. Fitting rooms are clean. I just read a review where they gave a one star for asking the persons name? They literally ask that to put your name on the door. “Always down for a little Ross treasure hunt. Sometimes you can find a truly amazing deal here and sometimes not. That's what I love about it is the hunt. Don't show up if you have something super specific in mind and you'll be suprised at what you might find right down to a unique snack right at the checkout line. Service is good enough, considering you are shopping a discount retail environment.”
“Edited to update from my visit on August 17 2025: took my 9 year old daughter here to try on some clothing and was immediately greeted and we started browsing through clothing and Natalia was very helpful and not pushy. She offered to start a fitting room and asked several times if we needed anything. I appreciate the care she took with us. I was already stressed because she couldnt find any shorts that felt good. (Sensory issues) This was the change in customer service I had hoped for. I did hear another male customer complaining about something and almost getting loud, but that seemed to stem from something he took personal offense to. The lady who checked us out was also very friendly and started conversation and had us laughing by the time we walked out. **** original review: Came today to purchase clothing for my daughter and after having a fitting room started, we were left alone. No one came to check on us or see if we needed any help. As the clothes piled up from the outfits we were going to purchase, no one offered to hold them up front at the cashier as they did when I last visited for back to school shopping. I was there with a pretty large pile of clothing, including a jacket, walking toward the front and I begin showing my daughter the accessories which happen to be at the front of the registers. She doesn't see anything she wants so we back out of that area closer toward the entrance as we are still clearly looking at more items to buy. There is a young lady stocking items right where we intend to look and as we approach, we don't get any acknowledgement other than her telling us we need to check out over there as she motions to the register. I look at her and tell her we are still looking thank you. All the while the sensors are going crazy and I finally have to tell that same lady can I please set this at the register so we can continue to look? She points in the general direction of the cashier and addresses the cashier and not me and tells the cashier whatever it was she told her and I just ignored her and put the stuff on the counter. Whoever that lady was at around 115pm today December 28 needs a full retrain on customer service. The entire team there is focused more on stocking shelves and talking amongst themselves rather than helping customers. The only person who was pleasant was the lady at the register. She made small talk and told me she was sorry no one helped me. Now THAT lady seemed genuine. The smiles today were shallow and the employees seemed as though they didn't want to be there. One thing that irritates me is snobs and that is exactly what it felt like today. I clearly already had big bags in my hands as we entered the store and I was ready to spend money and I did. The experience today reminded me of why I do 80 percent of my shopping online. Not to mention they did not hand me the 2nd bag that had the jacket in it so I left without that article of clothing. I was busy tending to my child that requires extra attention. Came back a few hours later and they were helpful in giving me my forgotten product with not so much as a sorry. Wasn't greeted when I made the second trip out there tonight either.”

“Great store to visit on vacations! My family always visits the outlet when we visit Austin. Has great sales and the manager is fairly helpful, actually leaving the review because he helped me pick between two dresses last time I came by! LOL! Only complaint is it's a little cluttered in the clearance areas”

Tell me why I'm at the location in round rock the manager Denise answer the phone for me 20 minutes ago. I'm asking about item in the store. she tells me she have it in the store come to the location when I show up at the location she have it ready for me, oh my gosh, yeah I need to give Denise a raise or make her be a general manager”
