“We had a great stay, but the staff truly went above and beyond when my son forgot his iPad in the room. They responded immediately, kept it safe, stayed in constant communication, and were incredibly kind throughout the process. We were able to recover it without any issues. We’re very grateful for their honesty and outstanding service. Highly recommended.”
“This was a fantastic hotel! The room was large and very well equipped for a short or long term stay. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only bad part was that it was pouring down rain when we checked out and there was no covered place up load the car.
Overall, a wonderful experience and I will definitely be staying here again.”

“Found this nice getaway spot in The Avid Hotel in Round Rock. This place is super cute and elegantly decorated. Our room is comfortable though a bit small but we're enjoying our time here. Breakfast was included and we took advantage of it. Not a whole lot to choose from but the quality is there along with coffee machines, juice and water. Breakfast sandwiches are served along with bagels and hard boiled eggs. Nicely done I must say. They are better than average gym facilities and their front desk personnel led by Tim, who is very informative, professional and courteous. The place is clean and up to date on its decor and style. Would I stay here again... A Big Yes!”
“Convenient location for St.David's hospital in Round Rock. The room was clean, and the bed was okay. The staff was very friendly. We had to switch rooms after the 1st night due to the AC not working properly. Staff managed this professionally and were very accommodating.
The breakfast area was very clean, and the employee (Sheila) took her job seriously. She was very friendly and treated us like we were in her house as guests.
I would definitely stay here again if I need a hotel in that area again.”

“This hotel was perfect for my stay! The room was clean and had everything I needed, including a full kitchen which made a big difference for a longer stay. The staff were really welcoming and made me feel at home. The location is great too right off I-35 and close to shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable place for an extended stay. Very convenient for me as a contractor.”

“This is the likely best Home2 Suites I’ve ever stayed at. It definitely had the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve slept on. Location was good. My room was surprisingly quiet, too. Breakfast was pretty impressive for a hotel bar. Highly recommend!”

She also had nice conversations with me and others sitting at the bar, I highly recommend a stop at the bar for drinks or food and chat with the bartender Tanya”

“Amazing staff & that's the sole reason I'd definitely choose to lodge here again if im in the area. Harmony & Maria were phenomenal! Very helpful, patient, informative, & always friendly. The room was clean, spacious, & well stocked with plenty of towels & toiletries. The tv had YouTube & casting capability. The neighbors were a little loud on the second night, but stopped at a reasonable hour so I'm not complaining at all. Overall I enjoyed my experience, especially considering the low cost of my statement”

“My husband and I recently stayed at this location for 4 nights while traveling to Austin and it was a very pleasant stay. Checking in was fairly standard, although they did require us to supply the car tag # (we were in a rental so my husband had to run back outside to get it). We were then quickly checked in to the king size one bedroom suite we reserved. Our room was clean, had a nice layout and it was in a pretty quiet location at the end of the hall on the 4th floor. Breakfast was included and they had plenty of options including waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal and fruit. When back in Austin, I would definitely look to staying here again.”

“Everything was good here. Great location, the water park is really good with nice rides/slides. The food inside the wat3r park is also better than expected.. The rooms were clean, comfortable and of good size. Family enjoyed the stay and will definitely be back in the resort.”
