He was professional and assisted me with what I initially thought would be a repair of the top glass on my phone. However, it was an easier fix than anticipated. But on September 6, 2023 my wife went back to drop off the old phones and the customer service was totally opposite and the guy wasn’t helpful at all . The guy on September 6, 2023 was definitely not working on September 5, 2023 . September 6 , 2023 gets a 1 star experience”
