“Super helpful and great customer service! My man was out of town and the water would not turn off outside. He called Chris at Royse City Hardware who was able to relay what he thought the problem was. Then my guy told me what I needed to do and what to bring to Chris. I disassembled and brought the part in and Chris fixed it in seconds. I then reassembled the spicket and turned the water back on and wahla! I didn’t have to run back and forth to the main when I needed water anymore! Also felt pretty proud of myself for being able to follow instructions and not flooding or breaking anything!
