“Personal customer service! I recently had knee replacement and while I can drive it’s not possible to get in and out of my car and bring in packages at this time. The first time the sweet lady that works there saw me coming in, met me more than halfway to my car and got my package for me, scanned it and brought me my receipt. She also suggested that I call when bringing packages and someone would come to the car and assist me going forward while I’m unable to do it myself. I’ve been several times and the young men helping me have been helpful and kind as well. I just love Love LOVE my Heath UPS store! Thanks for everything!!!

“The UPS staff here were really great. They helped my family package and ship a bunch of artwork to be sent all over the country and the globe. Many of the objects were awkward or difficult shapes and they told us all our choices for packing them up and helped us find the best options for each thing. We appreciated both how thoughtful they were in their explanations and their patience as they helped us get through everything we had to mail out. They also were fast. We were doing this on the way out of town and were able to make our flights with time to spare.”

“Everytime I go to this store it is so quick and easy. From sending back returns or just sending something! The store is always clean and the staff is so friendly. The staff is also very helpful and patient when I have a billion questions and not knowing what I am doing when sending a package. I highly recommend this location. There is several between where I live and this location but I choose to go here everytime! And shout to Eric who didn’t make me feel like an idiot when sending my first care package to Idaho!!”

“I came in on a Sunday needing a notary, and the Rockwall UPS Store had one available on site — which was such a relief. They answered the phone right away, were extremely professional, and genuinely kind throughout the process. Everything was quick, smooth, and handled with care. “We signed up to get the TSA PreCheck designation to make going through airport security faster. There were multiple places to choose from to go in to the interview portion of the process. I selected this Allen location to set up the appointment. We arrived about 10 minutes early for my 11:30 appointment and signed in at the desk set up for that purpose. We were immediately called back. We presented our passports, entered our phone number and email address on the screen, put thumbs and then the other 4 fingers for both hands on the screen when prompted. The entire process for both of us was less than 5 minutes! Shari was very professional and proficient. In fact we noticed we were back in the car to leave at 11:30 - our appointment time!”

Summary: walked in 4:55 - my 3 packages had shipping labels and ready to scan - young lady was closing out drawer and definitely lacked customer service.
Anyway, it is what it is.

He was so patient and kind (smelled good too), when I had questions about how shipping works... as I never had to ship something before. When I looked over the other reviews some of them seemed a little entitled... so dont trust everything you see. If I'm ever back in this area for a return or shipping, I'm going here!”

“GREAT REVIEW!! I stopped in here to buy some stamps, one day, since it's on my normal route. After my first visit, I realized that it would be my new go-to destination for all shipping needs (FedEx, UPS, USPS). Also, if you need a last-minute greeting card for any occasion, they've got you covered. I've been there about 3 times, and I'm a huge fan! My loyalty to them stems from their kindness, friendliness, and overall great customer service. I've dealt with Arian and Angie. Both of them are super sweet, while meeting all your needs. There is another gentleman there sometimes, but I don't know his name. He is also super friendly and very welcoming when you enter the store. :-)
If you need printing, shipping, stamps, notary services or even passport pics, this is your spot! Thank you Mr. Parcel for being so accommodating, helpful and always sending me out door with a smile!”
“Mr. Sajjani is very helpful when it comes to the notarization of forms and affidavits. He will guide you correctly to get any mistakes sorted. I would totally recommend an actual notary like him rather going to the cartoon notary services like UPS where all they know is how to pack packages.”

“Employees were helpful and fruendly, ocation is nice. However they now charge $2.81 to print the return shipping label for me. I've never had to pay before when returning a package. Is this new? Does it vary by location? I would have printed it myself (and paid a reasonable copy fee) but their machines cannot read a USB.”
