“Took my Ford truck in with wiper issues, Kristen jumped right on the problem and was determined to repair it no matter what, lol !!! She even asked if she could keep my truck over night because she was not happy with her outcome thus far and I said sure. The next day she told me it was finished so I showed up, she told me I could even return a part I had previously purchased for the repair, saving me over $250. Needless to say, Kristen has ALL my business on my automobiles from this point forward !!!!!”
