This was my first car rental, and he was so kind to answer the many questions I had. I was able to rent a black Hyundai Sonata. The vehicle was clean and easy to drive with no issues. When I arrived to return the rental, Joseph remembered my face and immediately helped me through the return process. I will definitely rent from this enterprise in the future, if necessary.”

“I used to go here when it was advanced mobility so I came back when I needed my Tesla fitted with hand controls. They were very good at texting with me and handling all the photos and details. They even put on a different spinner knob I bought my self. So that was very nice of them. I did, however, come home to find a metal plate had been placed over my gas pedal and I’m not sure how I didn’t see it when I was there, but I didn’t. I mean, not like I use the gas pedal with my foot, but some kind of explanation would have been nice. My wife also uses my car so I had to remove that plate. It came off by removing a single bolt so it wasn’t a big deal. They also seemed very unsure of how to fit a Tesla which leads me to believe they don’t do it often. But in the end it got done and everything works great.”

“If it would be possible to give a higher rating i would, Mike the gentleman i spoke to walked me through everything. Had a easy time going through the process because of his instructions, he was very friendly and patient while helping me over the phone. The vehicle i got was in good shape, had a cold ac and if I happen to come into town again I will definitely be getting a vehicle with them again. Mike even offered to make himself available if we happened to have any problems throughout the rental so I highly recommend and again thank you very much.”

“I recently rented an SUV from Enterprise for a 2 day road trip. They made it very easy. They picked me up from my home and took me to their branch .
The employees were very friendly, helpful and answered all of my questions.
The SUV was almost brand new, ran great on the highway and had all of the bells and whistles.
When I returned it, they processed everything quickly and gave me a ride back to my home.
I would recommend Enterprise to my family friends that need to rent a vehicle.
Enterprise will be my go to rental car company whenever I need to rent a car.”
“I had a wonderful experience with my rental pickup today. My original pickup time was scheduled for noon, but due to an unexpected commitment, I needed the car earlier. I arrived at the location around 10 a.m. and spoke with Sarah Krenz, who was incredibly kind and helpful.
Sarah arranged an early pickup for me without charging any extra fees. From the moment I arrived, she took excellent care of everything she quickly checked my driver’s license, provided me with the exact car I requested, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She even asked me to sit comfortably in the car before completing the payment process.

“Pack your patience. Honestly I had a very good experience but I wasn't sure I was going to. This place was understaffed as per usual for most places these days. Had three people in front of me that were all complaining about issues that they could have prevented and therefore had nothing to complain about. But after all this is 2026 so everybody thinks the rules don't apply to them. One guy started shouting because he had no credit card in his name. Another family could not find the reservation number. This party finally found their number and came back in saying that a window had been smashed out from the car that they were assigned. I think I was the last customer that day. Since I pretty much did everything online or via the app, as you should do in a situation like this to make it easier on the employees and to keep the line moving, I was out in less than 5 minutes. Yet the other four people in front of me took easily 45 minutes. I was amazed at how much patience the employee had, and the porter was a very nice young gentleman who was very professional as well. Good job Avis.”

I'm always in and out quickly and they even remember my vehicle preferences, so I almost always have my preferred make and model ready to go! They also offer Budget rentals (including moving trucks) out of this location, which is super convenient in my line of work. I am the same distance from three different competitors but will purposely choose this Avis every time.”

I understand this location does have some bad reviews, but they have listened and followed accordingly. Calling ahead of time doesn't help, still busy signal, but business is business. If you're busy, you're busy. Felt welcomed and appreciated. Wish I got their names to shout them out, but hopefully next time.”

“The rental process was easy and efficient. They gave me an upgrade because they didn't have the full sized vehicle that originally booked online. The only issue is that when I received the vehicle the tank was not full but more like 3/4 of a tank. I'm sure if I had taken it back like that they would charge me. But I did like the ease of booking with Hertz and the sweet young lady that took care of the entire process.”

“Kinda shocked at the bad reviews! I had a great experience all around! I think the young man who I picked the car up from and dropped it with was Ethan I think, that’s what my receipt said. I dropped it off on Tuesday of this week. He was fantastic! Friendly, great attitude on these hot days and made sure to keep humor going through the whole pick up process. He needs a raise!
I paid what was stated due to returning the car as I got it. I didn’t smoke in it so I wasn’t charged a cleaning fee for smoking in it since I’m not a smoker. So there’s no weird smoking fee if you just don’t smoke in it. Car was a good little car got me where I needed to go without issues and it was in great condition. Location leaves something to be desired but if you shop in the plaza frequently it won’t bother you. Decent human tip: after or before you fill the tank before return, run the car through a car wash right quick. I was thanked for doing that and didn’t realize people didn’t do that. I felt the car was dirtier than how I received it so I cleaned it. Definitely will be using this location again if needed.”
