“Big shoutout to Albertsons bakery! I called on Friday afternoon to have a cake customized for my daughter’s birthday on Saturday. Not only was the cake beautifully decorated, it was delicious! I know where I’m getting my cakes from now on.”

“I would like to give a shout out to John on saginaw blvd . I came in this afternoon having a bad day and not only was I greeted with a smile I was asked is there anything he could help me with . I was like hesitant but appreciated the attention he gave me after I walked in . Usually when I visit a dollar general I get looks but no hello how are you. Today I was having a rough day . I truly appreciate John for just acknowledging me . This is rare when it comes to customer service now a days . Not only did he acknowledge me he made small talk and asked me if I needed help finding anything. I just want to say thank you for brightening my afternoon after having a bad day . Never have I ever entered a dollar general and have gotten this kinda customer service . Thank you john and I look forward to visiting more often on saginaw blvd this will be my GD go too.”
“Chris at Walmart in Saginaw in the Electronic area was more than helpful. He went above and beyond by calling a Tmobile Premium reps to help find where the scheduled Premium rep, that was SUPPOSED to be on duty is to help me with a phone. An associate like Chris should be acknowledged for his great customer service skills! He didn't have to do this, he could have been like the other Walmart associate who said they get here late and that's all. But not Chris. Kudos to him!!”
