Not every job calls for the big box stores, the staff at Elkins are friendly and helpful and willing to offer options for solutions that may still direct you away from their store. They are the ace in the back pocket for that one- or two-off item(s) you may need.”

He also kept track of the prices so I didn't even have to write down everything. I don't think I've ever had such great service at a hardware store before in my life & I'm 60 years old. I believe he's the owner's son but this young man knows the store very well & he knows what he's doing. I will shop at this store again for sure. Thanks & thanks to that young man for helping me! ??”

“Miguel saves the day again. I don't care if I have to wait 2 hours if he is at that desk that's where I'm going. Each time I do he catches parts I forgot and saves me tons of time because I would have had to drive back. He knows the product and if they don't have what you are looking for on hand he will bust out multiple different options that will work so you are not delayed. Always impressed with that young man.”
