However, it is very conveniently located, and since it's smaller, it was very easy to find what I was looking for. “I see a lot of people have expressed their displeasure with this store, but I can only speak to my experience. I was looking for a chair leg pad that I had tried to get at Jabo's, (which surprisingly they didn't have) , so they referred me to McDonnell's. I showed them what I was looking for and they took me right to the spot to find it. I know I wouldn't be able to find this part at a Home Depot or Lowes. McDonnell's may be my new go to for hardware. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and helpful.”

From the time you walk in to the store, everyone is welcoming, kind and helpful, and they go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. I ordered a grill as a birthday present to be delivered for my boyfriend's birthday. Not only did they assemble and deliver it, but Michael sent a special Happy Birthday message as a surprise the night before.
