“This is by far my favorite Talavera pottery store! Obsessed with their inventory and really appreciated the owner assisting me to find the right pottery for my home. I understand the 'discounts' are not substantial, but this is a small business; so, I personally prefer to support them instead of the big box stores. Talavera is my favorite pottery, and all these are hand made in Mexico - they're authentic which I appreciate.

“If your furniture tastes are well beyond the typical retail chains, then Runyun’s Fine Furniture is a producer of exceptional custom furniture. My particular tastes include old western cowboy and Native American culture and Runyun’s selections are the perfect combination of cultural taste and high end quality. And additionally , I have an enormous passion for the history of the American buffalo. The sofa I selected is a custom bison leather sofa with very unique bovine stamped accents. Being a custom, singularly produced sofa it took 6 months to produce and deliver. It was worth every bit of the wait and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. But the true value of a custom retail store is the customer service after the purchase. There’s no reason to elaborate but after delivery there were some very funcky conundrums that neither I or they could figure out. But a head scratcher it certainly was! They could have very easily blown it off but instead communicated regularly and made every effort to make things right. They definitely went above and beyond normal service to help solve the situation. I am very pleased with my beautiful new bison sofa and even more pleased with their professional service. Just like the old western cowboy a handshake is his word and I value their integrity.”
“This is the best furniture store in DFW. The owner, Abby, is the nicest lady in the world!!!! She’s so welcoming and she treated me and my friends so kindly. She was very hospitable. She also let us pet her dog and told us stories about her dog, who is named Helga. The dog was so soft, and I can tell she’s been feeding it well which attributes to her generous heart and pure soul. This woman felt like home, and her store was spacious and unique. It also smelled super good. Abby was so playful and nice and after we left it felt like we made a new friend. She’s also very proud of her daughter which is really sweet. This will change your life for the better.”

He took the time to listen to my needs, understand my space, and even sketched a layout based on a photo I showed him to help me visualize how a living room set and breakfast table would fit in my home. That level of care and attention made a huge difference.
At no point did I feel pressured to make a purchase. Instead, I felt heard, respected, and genuinely supported throughout the process. Brad focused on finding the best solution for my needs rather than simply making a sale.
One of the things I appreciated most about shopping at Rooms To Go was being able to see and experience the furniture in person before making a decision. It gave me confidence in my purchase. “I live in Fort Worth and my roommate and I have recently begun looking for decor and furniture! We’re in the process of moving out of our respective parent’s homes and into an apartment, and we were looking for places that had things that would somehow balance our tastes. I was raised in a very modern-clean household, and roomie was raised in a cluttered-chaotic household, so finding things that fit both of our tastes simultaneously, are practical, and fit a college-student budget is beyond difficult.
However, The Mercantile was PERFECT! We found so many items we fell in love with, and it was difficult picking the few we wanted to take home. No matter your taste, you will find plenty of things in this store that are to your liking. 99% of the pricing of all the booths was reasonable, it was super clean, well air-conditioned (thank goodness, because it was in the 100s!), and the staff were very friendly.
The only little comment I’d have to add is that during a conversation at check-out, I was discussing my busy schedule, and one of the staff said something like “tell that to a guy on a first date.” I TOTALLY understand it likely wasn’t from a negative place, but it did come off a tad rude, like I wasn’t “dateable”/ feminine or something. I’m personally not offended at all and know it was probably a mistake, I’m just worried other customers potentially may misunderstand, so I just wanted to put it out there!! :D
Else wise, all was perfect and everyone was certainly kind. We will absolutely be back in the near future to see what else catches our eye! I’m certain with how large their collection is, there will be something :))”

The artworks are beautiful and doesn't feel like too many copies available making it less generic than, say Walmart pieces.
The rugs were gorgeous and wonderfully priced. And I loved the food/snack offerings in the store as well! A lot of fun flavors and unique snacks to try.

“A very strange fusion of Dollar general with Party City or at least that's the vibe it gives off. They have a lot of very inexpensive and in some cases very cheap decorations.... Yes, there is a difference between inexpensive and cheap. If you plan to throw any decoration you buy here away, you have come to the right place. I would not look to buy any Deco here that you can keep from event to event. We spent $70 pretty quickly on a bunch of birthday deco and TBH I really don't know where The Deco went but I was told it was all used. We purchased some pantry stuff. A fairly sizable store located inside a previously failed Pier 1 imports, yet on a Friday mid-afternoon there was only one employee in the whole place. So the merch is whatever you decide, but just don't expect to get a lot of help if you need it.”
“My first visit to this Sleep Number store was to return a product that I ordered online. As I walked into the store, my first thoughts were what a clean and pleasant shopping atmosphere it is. Josh, the store manager was very pleasant and personable. He made me feel like a valued customer. The return process went smoothly. He introduced me to a different product that would work better for me. This store is clearly well maintained with a great manager at the helm. In my opinion, he is an asset to this company.”

Carrie was quick to help us, very kind to my kids and carried on a conversation with my friends and I, all while doing her job.
My kids rang the service bell a few times and as I was apologizing, she reassured me that it was more than fine and no big deal. She met me with a smile and Grace. We could all offer those two things a little more often.
I also purchased ten full bolts of fabric and she was more than happy to work on my order even though it would be a lengthy counting job.

“This resale store is truly a hidden gem! Not only is it a nonprofit with 100% of the proceeds going to feed seniors in our community, but the quality of what they carry is outstanding. Their jewelry selection is thoughtfully displayed and comes in beautiful bags that make every purchase feel special. The furniture is also top of the line — stylish, sturdy, and priced so reasonably that it’s hard not to take something home every visit.
What I love most is knowing that every dollar spent goes right back into helping seniors get fed from Meals on Wheels, which makes shopping here feel extra meaningful. The staff is friendly, the store is well organized, and you can tell they take pride in making it a wonderful experience for everyone who walks through the door.
