“I needed to come to pick up my apap machine and get fitted for my mask. First of all, I came in early, but the staff had no problem allowing me to come in and letting me know they still needed to clean the room. I didn't mind this at all because it was nice to know they wanted the room clean for me before I was assisted. I was helped by a gentleman named Zander Bravo. I can't express this enough but this gentleman made this experience very easy and did an incredible job helping me! He was very nice, understanding, sensitive, and gave priceless advice and service! “Becca & DJ were extremely helpful & knowledgeable about each scooter & helped me choose which one would be right for me and my daily activities. Unfortunately the prescription the doctor gave was not useful as I needed a scooter to go both inside & outside. Not just around the house (Gotta love insurance) However, I am very pleased with the prices & how friendly the staff was! I highly recommend coming here and ignoring the bad reviews. To be honest I was kind of skeptical about coming here because of the negative reviews but I trusted my gut & very glad I did!!”
