The American Eagle Store is very nice, clean, and organized. Employees are really nice, very knowledgeable, helpful, and cooperative. Staff provide lots of help, go above and beyond, and make processes easy and quick. They show patience and appreciation for their work. Assistance is available for purchases, exchanges, and finding items online if sizes are out of stock. The store is neatly stocked and is definitely recommended.
I gave all those stars to the girl who works in the back of the fitting room. One star for her beautiful smiling face, one star for her very cooperative spirit, one star for her patience, and two stars because she appreciates her work. Her boss should be proud of her.
