My wife’s car got t boned as well while my car was in the shop and they fixed my wife’s car EXPEDITIOUSLY so that we didn’t have to keep spending money on a rental vehicle. He even pointed out previous repairs that were done by the dealership and worked on things that the dealership should’ve worked on? they also gave me a discount of $300 on my deductible when my car was finished”

“I went to the Auto Zone on Nacogdoches Rd. to replace my windshield wiper blades, simple right?! Well the blades I purchased were quite different from the ones that were on my car.
I went back to the store, because I thought there was a missing piece in the package of the blades. Carlos V. helped me figure things out with the installation. It took him about 30 seconds to install the blades. He was very courteous and helpful. Thanks Carlos for your help.”

I spoke to Jay on the phone and he immediately help diagnose the problem and provided a quote for repairs. I scheduled time with him for the next day. I was in and out in just over an hour. “What a wonderful experience, bringing my 2016 Prius to be diagnosed by Mr. Yaser Abdelnabi. Within an hour, he had test driven my car, ran a computerized analysis, and examined the underside of my vehicle and determined I needed new stabilizers. I was so happy to finally find out what was wrong with my Prius performance. He took pictures and video, and gave me the part numbers that I needed, so that I could show my mechanic in another city what needed to be repaired. I had full trust in his ability to diagnose my Prius, because this is his specialty to work on Prius and Lexus cars. Mr. Abdelnabi has a wonderful personality, and made me feel like he cares about my safety and my Prius!”
