“Bought my wife a Licoln Aviator here for her birthday and let me tell you, this experience was great. I worked in car dealerships for 25 years so i know the process. Honestly was not looking forward to it again (we've bought multiple cars from dealerships before). To my surprise everything was done quickly and professionally. The sales people were very knowledgeable and helpful. Gio and Emannuel were ready to answer any question we had. Their assistant Hannah was extremely helpful with a minor issue we had. She was very helpful and had quick results. The facility itself is top of the line. Beautiful place and everyone was so friendly. I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to come look here. You will not regret it. Update: No issues with sales deptartment but stay away from service dept! So i took our newly purchased Aviator in for a couple recalls, check engine light on and couple other minor repairs. So we go to pick up our car six weeks (yes six weeks) later and half the concerns are still present. Hitch cover missing (after they said they fixed it, kept coming loose), trim panels in rear warped, panel on outside of passenger door coming off (this happened while we were there to be honest). Back in the loaner we go, car stays there. A weeklater we're told its ready for pickup. Mind you its been in the shop longer than we've actually had it, but ok. Pick it up and everything looks good. Not less than a week later and check engine light comes back on and engine is hesitating. Call and I am told Nov 4th to take it in and get a loaner or if we can figure out how to get by without a car, drop it off sooner. Seriously??? I have called the service writer, tried to get ahold of the service manager and even chatted online all for not. Can not get anybody to call me back or address my concern. Can not express how disappointed I am. I would not expect such lack of concern for a customer (especially a new customer). So i am left exploring my options and trying to figure out what to do. Pay for a rental? Wait till Nov 4th and hope it's ok till then? Go somewhere else? Thanks Dominion for totally bursting my bubble about what the Lincoln experience is all about.**** Update to the Update: After i updated this review Esther i believe reached and got my wife's car scheduled in the next week with a loaner available. The car was fixed within a week (not related to previous repair). I appreciate the effort put out and the promptness of it getting handled. Not sure where the miscommunication was when we originally called but glad it got handled quickly. If it wasn't for that mess up i'd go back to 5 stars. Going to definitely give them another chance.”

My wife’s car got t boned as well while my car was in the shop and they fixed my wife’s car EXPEDITIOUSLY so that we didn’t have to keep spending money on a rental vehicle. He even pointed out previous repairs that were done by the dealership and worked on things that the dealership should’ve worked on? they also gave me a discount of $300 on my deductible when my car was finished”

“I went to the Auto Zone on Nacogdoches Rd. to replace my windshield wiper blades, simple right?! Well the blades I purchased were quite different from the ones that were on my car.
I went back to the store, because I thought there was a missing piece in the package of the blades. Carlos V. helped me figure things out with the installation. It took him about 30 seconds to install the blades. He was very courteous and helpful. Thanks Carlos for your help.”

“The sunroof rails on my F150 snapped. I heard about Jay and Texas Auto Accessories from an auto glass shop in Boerne. I spoke to Jay on the phone and he immediately help diagnose the problem and provided a quote for repairs. I scheduled time with him for the next day. I was in and out in just over an hour. A job like this would have taken me an entire weekend or more as a DIY, and I would likely not have the correct tools, parts, etc.. I highly recommend Texas Auto Accessories.”
