I had a better experience this time. The price on the item I was buying stated $11.99 on the shelf, but rang up as $17.99. They honored that advertised $11.99 price, though!

Very helpful, patient, and kind. I had my check engine light on and he ran the diagnostic test on my van. He explained to me why it was coming on, what needed to be replaced and how much the part cost. He also explained why I needed to get it fixed and how to avoid this issue in the future.
