The Best Western Plus Palo Alto Inn & Suites is a very nice, quiet, and clean hotel with welcoming and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and welcoming, with some described as nice suites and beds as very comfy, though some older rooms have issues like torn bedspreads and a strong musty smell. The breakfast is consistently praised as great, excellent, filling, and delicious, featuring real eggs and good coffee. The hotel has a pool and hot tub. Parking is convenient. While some find it expensive for the offering, many guests loved their stay and would definitely stay there again.
