Maintenance is a major concern, with reports of outdated rooms, uncomfortable and lumpy mattresses, loose or broken plugs and sockets, malfunctioning room key readers, and issues like mold in bathrooms. Some guests found rooms a little dirty. While the pool is appreciated, problems with billing and disengaged staff have been noted. Overall, it is considered a decent stay for the price but with considerable room for improvement.

I’m mainly giving them 5 stars bc the young lady that was serving breakfast was super sweet, the beds were soooo comfortable & the breakfast was amazing ❤️
