If I was the owner I would put fliers in the mail, on apartment complex cork board and at nearby restaurants. Nice, clean, convenient location just down the street. A new phone is less that 30 minutes is a record.”

Me and my wife went to many Verizon stores and felt that the rep's just don't have interest selling us the phones because of the hectic process. We came to this store and trust me the store manager was so professional and went above and beyond for us to get the new iPhones. The manager has very great ethics and always kept smile on his face though out the lengthy process . We sincerely appreciate him to help us out by being very patient and with a great attitude. “Cablemasters (Peter Smith) is a pro. This is the third time we have used his services. We had him install Starlink and an antenna at our home here in Boerne. In all of our experiences (believe me we have had many) with service companies Cablemasters is #1. Peter is reliable (answers phone and shows up on time), Professional (knows his business and goes about getting the job done, including walking you through all the steps so that you know how to operate the system. Peter is an honest hardworking gentleman, he is the best in the business.”

“My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the store because of Monica Johnson. She was so incredibly kind, informative, helpful, and truly helped us in more ways than we expected. My husband and I had been considering moving to a different mobile network (which is not something we shared at the time) but because of Monica, we were able to find a better plan for our needs and are now planning on buying another phone in March. I truly hope we are able to be helped by Monica again the next time we're in store and I truly hope she gets a raise and a promotion because she truly knows what an amazing customer experience takes! “I'm not a customer or a spokesman for Verizon. My senior uncle has the carrier and has had a helluva time trying to get a credit issued back onto his account from a return on an Internet Box. He's not tech savvy, just wants TV, and pays his dues on time every time. Well, they have been giving him the runaround for 2 months now to issue a 200-dollar credit, which is a huge chunk my uncle can't afford on a fixed income. That's been reflecting back onto his bill as an exorbitant amount due, which simply is not the case. So, today we both rolled up in there and had the amazing pleasure of working with Mr. AJ. He was fabulous and a true customer-forward rep for their company. He spent an hour or more trying to clear the situation up, from a rep who was giving him trouble and not giving the phone to the supervisor as he requested, to calling a supervisor himself to get the situation rectified and his bill back up to snuff. I couldn't commend someone more in a brick-and-mortar style storefront, that kind of service is almost obsolete these days! THANKS AJ!”
