If I was the owner I would put fliers in the mail, on apartment complex cork board and at nearby restaurants. Nice, clean, convenient location just down the street. A new phone is less that 30 minutes is a record.”

“I'm not a customer or a spokesman for Verizon. My senior uncle has the carrier and has had a helluva time trying to get a credit issued back onto his account from a return on an Internet Box. He's not tech savvy, just wants TV, and pays his dues on time every time. Well, they have been giving him the runaround for 2 months now to issue a 200-dollar credit, which is a huge chunk my uncle can't afford on a fixed income. That's been reflecting back onto his bill as an exorbitant amount due, which simply is not the case. So, today we both rolled up in there and had the amazing pleasure of working with Mr. AJ. He was fabulous and a true customer-forward rep for their company. He spent an hour or more trying to clear the situation up, from a rep who was giving him trouble and not giving the phone to the supervisor as he requested, to calling a supervisor himself to get the situation rectified and his bill back up to snuff. I couldn't commend someone more in a brick-and-mortar style storefront, that kind of service is almost obsolete these days! THANKS AJ!”
