The local neighborhoods should be using this store. The staff is always awesome and there is almost never a wait to have someone assist you.
If I was the owner I would put fliers in the mail, on apartment complex cork board and at nearby restaurants. Nice, clean, convenient location just down the street. A new phone is less that 30 minutes is a record.”

“I ordered total of 4 iPhones but decided to go with just tow of those. The process of canceling the order and processing the new order is very time consuming. Me and my wife went to many Verizon stores and felt that the rep's just don't have interest selling us the phones because of the hectic process. We came to this store and trust me the store manager was so professional and went above and beyond for us to get the new iPhones. The manager has very great ethics and always kept smile on his face though out the lengthy process . We sincerely appreciate him to help us out by being very patient and with a great attitude. Trust me, not all managers or employees in sales has that attitude of helping the customer who is need.”

“Cablemasters (Peter Smith) is a pro. This is the third time we have used his services. We had him install Starlink and an antenna at our home here in Boerne. In all of our experiences (believe me we have had many) with service companies Cablemasters is #1. Peter is reliable (answers phone and shows up on time), Professional (knows his business and goes about getting the job done, including walking you through all the steps so that you know how to operate the system. Peter is an honest hardworking gentleman, he is the best in the business.”
