Only issue was only 2 cashiers during the busy time. Had to wait longer than anticipated.
As a business rule... you should never have people waiting for long periods of time to give you their money.

Went to JCPENNEY to buy towels. Looked pink in the picture but in store the towels are more of a brownish pink. They did have good clearance on Nike shoes.

The checkout line was slower than expected but I got what I came for. The staff didn't seem motivated to provide excellent service, but they weren't subpar either. I'm glad JC Penney is still around.
