“We love to shop at kid to kid for our grandchildren. Their is so much variety and the specials are great! The staff is always welcoming and professional. We visited the store on 410 near Summit Pkwy and it was very clean and well organized. We highly recommend shopping at Kid to Kid.”

“Great little store. The clothes are organized very well which made my shopping experience very efficient (I was on my lunch break and did not have much time). It is organized by gender > size > style (short sleeve shirt/long sleeve shirt/pants/shorts/dresses) > and by color. Organizing it by color is awesome. I was able to grab a shirt and find a matching pair of shorts so easily. I put together 6 little outfits in no time.
For the negative reviews from sellers complaining about rejecting their items....honestly, I appreciate that the staff has strict buying policies. That makes my experience as a shopper what I experienced today - easy, efficient, organized. I did not have to pick through stained or faded items. Please keep being strict with your purchases, Kid to Kid. I love thrifting, and I frequently see my favorite stores starting to accept more and more questionable items, making my experience as a shopper more difficult.
I am trying to reduce over consumption of clothing so I very much appreciate thrift stores like this.”

While looking around, I found the jeans and got distracted by the fantastic clearance selection (great finds, by the way)! I ended up scoring several great deals. Carina was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when I noticed a top I liked on the mannequin in my size. Thanks for a great shopping experience!”
“They don't have a lot of variety for kid's clothing, seems very limited. Floors were a mess, and cashier was fast but not overly friendly, very mechanical in her presentation about getting the Old Navy credit card, and voided making eye contact, spent almost $300 and felt unvalued.”

“I had a very difficult time returning an item here. The manager didn’t give my situation the time of day. I shop here often, but her lack of attention and care caused me to consider never going back.
Her reason for not accepting the return? The item was worn…once.
My reason for returning? The item was made horribly and wouldn’t last past a single use.
My reason for this review is to shout out AGM David for the great customer service he provided. Although this situation started off bad, David came in to save the day. He damaged out the $20 belt, offering me a full refund, because he agreed the product wasn’t made well. He let me know it was an exception, but he still took care of the unhappy customer. Had I known the belt would mess up after wearing it less than half a work day I wouldn’t have made the purchase.
Way to go David. Thank you for providing next level service, and putting the needs of your customer first.”
