Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish
We had an amazing experience working with this flooring and décor store, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. A huge shoutout to Brian, who was absolutely phenomenal. We came into the store twice before moving forward with our purchase, and both times Brian made the entire process feel seamless. His knowledge and expertise were incredibly impressive—once we explained what we were looking for, he quickly helped us navigate our options and zero in on the right flooring without spending hours feeling overwhelmed. His guidance was truly invaluable and very much appreciated.
Alex, the manager, was also a great help as we finalized our purchase, and Hannah, the designer, provided thoughtful ideas and helpful suggestions that really added value to the experience.
What truly made this feel like a one-stop-shop was the smooth transition into installation. Working with Amanda made the installation process incredibly easy. She has extensive knowledge, clear expertise, and is such a joy to work with—her energy genuinely brightened the entire experience.

“Adrian was a pleasure to work with. We had a tough time choosing a quartz in our price range during the in-home consultation. He invited us to look at his inventory at the shop and found a leathered quartzite that we love and one we probably wouldn't have chosen from a small sample. It was so helpful to see the entire slab in person. Him and his team finished our installation within a week from our order and we love our new kitchen counters. We'd recommend Adrian if you want to work with a professional who really knows the materials he works with and someone who's worked on a whole lot of kitchens without being a big box company with no personal attention.”

It matters how you treat people and I would definitely recommend this business. I'm always doing a home renovation project, so I will definitely keep this office as an option in the future.”

“This was the second time we have used River City Rocktops. This time we used them for custom cabinets AND countertops. My kitchen is beautiful! It is so much easier to navigate that I actually enjoy cooking again. The countertop adds color and interest to the kitchen. The cabinets were literally made for the way I wanted the kitchen laid out. From the first measurement to the install River City Rocktops met my every expectation.”
“Cleaning products are amazing with the exception of the liquid glass cleaner, it was too streaky. Absolutely love the hanging urinal cakes and since I started using them I no longer have a fly/insect problem at my house. Always nice and friendly, just wish they were open on the weekends.”

He not only gave me ideas on how to fix it, he explained the steps I needed to take to get it done. He helped me gather the parts needed and took the time to show me how to put them together. “I just wanted to extend my gratitude for Mr.Charles Flemming!!!! Mr.Javier, and the it techs, I just read the latest review of this place, I must say I downright disagree, I had an issue with a residential installation, Mr.Charles, personally, loaded a replacement unit, drove to the other side of town to bring me a replacement unit, after going through total diog, with IT, Mr.Kevin, we figured out we had another component causing my issues, within 40 mins, Mr.Javier was there with the replacement coil, folks this kind of "customer service " is un-heard of in this day and age, my customer is 94 yr, military veteran, and the guys at this place did today something I've never seen, I am blown away by the service, and you better believe I'm spreading the word, absolutely the best customer service in all my 13 yes, of working with all the distributors in the city. Hands down Amazing, if I could say anything else to prove my gratitude, not only for my customer and his family, but for myself and mine.
