Rack Room Shoes offers a good selection of shoes with great deals on many items. Staff members can be helpful and friendly, assisting customers in finding the right shoes and helping to identify deals. Some staff members provide excellent customer service, being respectful, understanding, and going above and beyond to save customers money. However, the store's organization can vary, with some finding the shelves not very organized and the selection in certain categories limited. Overall, it’s a place where customers can find shoes for different needs, enjoy discounts, and receive helpful service.
Michael the team lead was so nice and helpful. He went out of his way to get us the perfect shoes for my daughter. He went above and beyond and I couldn't thank him enough for his kindness.
