“Need to mention everyone the efficient work they do, this location is my favorite, first because it is close by where I live, and most importantly the excellent service they give me, always everyone who works here just to mention a few, Carol, Lilly, Richard, etc. help me with my shipments, returns, copies of documents, etc. For all this I highly recommend you to come here, without a doubt you will not regret it. “This rating and review are directly for the young man (didnt catch his name, but I think he was the only one there) who helped me yesterday (Aug 17th, just after 11am)! I had a large amazon box that I needed help getting out of my trunk. I asked him if he could help me get it inside and without hesitation he came out and just carried it in himself! It saved my back, truly lol. He was a pleasure with that and other returns I had. I typically have a positive experience with UPS and their in-store staff, but this was the cherry on top! “Had a very stressful application that I’ve been trying to finish for several months. At the store I was missing a document and Taylor at the front desk was quick to print the missing document, notarize the application, and help me get it mailed. “Exceptional customer service, especially from the owner. He went above and beyond to pack and ship a difficult and fragile set of packages for me and everything arrived in perfect condition. This is the only place I'll ship packages from because the quality and service are exceptional. They always find the best rate, and I love that they can compare USPS, UPS, and FEDEX prices/shipping times. The gift shop is so cute if you want to add some local flavor to your gifts or pick something up for yourself. I hate going to the regular post office, but I love the opportunity to ship packages from this shop. I've been a customer for years and I'll never use any place else.”
