Ms. Nina, your customer service skills are hot garbage. Your interaction with the 3 customer in front of me left them visibly very upset. My experience was no different.I know you don't make the rule, but it's all about how you present the information to the customer.

Had to pay 4 dollars for tape because this lady wouldn't put the prepaid ground mail label on my package because the tape said priority. Thank you very much Gina. Really appreciate that!!

Lady named Gina was really rude. She made my husband untape my package because it was closed with tape that said priority mail. He had to pay for tape for a prepaid package because it wasn’t priority. When I’ve been to this same post office plenty of times in the past and even used a priority box for ground mail.
