Louie at the center was extremely helpful. During a very busy time (I believe a convention at the resort was ending) I brought items in without a box. Louie happily retrieved a box from the dock and packed my items very nicely! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Wow, incredibly helpful team that helped expedite a last minute wedding card order. They got it done next day and the manager Rachel helped expedite everything and clearly explained everything to me. Very much appreciated!!Also amazing that this is located within la cantera resort - so useful

Wonderful, friendly staff! ALWAYS greeted with a smile! Alice and the others who work here are top notch. It seems rare to find places so helpful anymore!
