The staff, including Tia, Arnold, and others, were polite, patient, and professional, answering questions effectively and providing excellent customer service. Customers appreciated the staff's friendly demeanor and their efforts to shorten the line by triaging those who were only dropping off packages. One customer, Mr. Phillip Garcia, was particularly helpful in assisting with an address change and a new key routing slip, taking the time to explain everything and welcoming the customer to the city. Another customer had a great passport appointment experience, with the clerk being polite, patient, and professional, completing the process within 10 minutes.
