“amazing customer service, shout out to Hugo for being patient and super helpful. I was trying to get a new phone for my little sister as a birthday gift and since I don't live in the valley I called before she showed up and he explained everything in great detail and once my little sister arrived, he knew exactly what to do. Kudos Hugo and thanks a million!”
