“My wife bought me a gun cabinet from TSC for Christmas and after unboxing it I saw it was damaged. I returned it to the store and spoke with Sunny (not sure what her last name is). She didn’t have the same model I had but had another one which was a Winchester and it was a little bigger and better. After getting it home I realized the spare keys wasn’t with it (it has a combination too). Turns out the store didn’t have them either and in my opinion Sunny went above and beyond what a normal store sales person would do. She spent forever and a day on the phone with Winchester and made sure I got the keys. Sunny made this whole experience very pleasant.”
“I went on a Sunday. There wasn't as much inventory as the one I usually go to. The store was a mess as if a stampede of customers had bought everything and picked through the rest. I know that they get new stuff during the week so I don't think Sunday is the best day to go.”
“I got a complex dye and cut done by Malayla, and I literally have never been happier! They did a great job communicating all the plans and how certain colors would look, especially on a person. Otherwise, I’m not sure if I would’ve picked the right color. As someone who has gotten several dye jobs before, it is so difficult to find someone who can really make your dreams become a reality, but they did amazing! And it’s even more scary when prices for dye jobs can be so steep. But Malayla went above and beyond, even showing me how to properly style the way I wanted and giving me tips for how to get a similar look without as much hassle since I mentioned that I generally don’t do a lot of styling. It made the whole process seem a lot less intimidating… It was also lovely talking to them and generating ideas! I can’t recommend this stylist and salon enough! Thank you!”
“Ross has always been a go-to for me. I find great deals on clothing, home decor, shoes, and toys. Pretty much everything you need you can find here for your home. The staff are friendly and are constantly stocking new items. I love that there is always something different each time I go, which is a great surprise!The staff work hard, especially during holiday seasons trying to keep up with stocking and keeping the store organized. It can be difficult due to many customers not cleaning up after themselves or their children. But overall I would definitely recommend Ross because you will find some great deals on name brands! Great and friendly service!”
“I've had a positive experience at this outlet every time I've shopped here, which is probably about twice a year for the past three years. Friday's crew was ultra-polite, especially for a group of three teenagers with only two customers in the store. They were helpful when I was in the back trying on pants, and totally patient when I went back to get more pants after learning the deeply discounted price. I feel like this is one of the nicer places to shop at the San Marcos outlets, and it's particularly nice that there's a big awning over the entrance so you're almost always in the shade.”

“Love this store, they always have great sales plus using coupons I get in the mail helps. They have a Big n Tall section! Employee's are there whenever you need help. Great service. Last week I bout close to $150. Woth of clothes but with discounts n coupons I only pd $50.00!”
