“Shout out to Melissa. I worked here through college and was dealing with a lot at home. I was trying to help a customer and had to call the Tanger side regarding inventory. The lady on the other end was so rude and I tried not to get upset about it but sometimes we all just have a bad day. Stockroom manager Melissa found out, called them back chewed them out and stood up for me. I never forgot about that, though it's been some years. Appreciate you Melissa. You too Bonnie. You were both good and kind to me when I was struggling.

“I purchased a beautiful bag. Unfortunately, a little stitching broke. I live 2 hours away from San Marcos. I called the San Marcos store and spoke to Raul. He was very kind and just asked me to send him a picture from the bag. He than asked to send him the bag and in return, he'll ship me a new bag. I recieved the bag within 24 hours. I am very happy because the whole process was smooth and easy. Raul provided great costumer service!”

I was walking long hours through the premium outlets trying to find the perfect accessory for an outfit I planned to wear during my trip to Spain. It wasn’t until I stumbled into Carolina Herrera that someone helped me find exactly what I was looking for — a gold Carolina Herrera teddy bear necklace. I fell in love the moment I saw such a beautiful piece. Just like that, a day I thought would be ruined by bad luck turned magical thanks to the wonderful experience I had at the store. “I've had a positive experience at this outlet every time I've shopped here, which is probably about twice a year for the past three years. Friday's crew was ultra-polite, especially for a group of three teenagers with only two customers in the store. They were helpful when I was in the back trying on pants, and totally patient when I went back to get more pants after learning the deeply discounted price. I feel like this is one of the nicer places to shop at the San Marcos outlets, and it's particularly nice that there's a big awning over the entrance so you're almost always in the shade.”

“I've loved their soaps since I first came across their booth at the San Marcos farmer's market years ago. They have a nice variety of earthy, bright, floral, and sweeter scents so there's something for every preference. We recently took one of their soap making classes and it was so fun and very personal! They keep the classes small so they're able to give a lot of focused interaction with each participant, which I really appreciated. The Q&A was really detailed and informative. It's obvious that they truly love and care about what they do and their products. It's also great to still see them putting in the time and effort to continue setting up at farmer's markets and remain closely in touch with the community. I will definitely be taking more of their classes!”
