βHad the absolute best service from Alexa while suit shopping for my husband. I genuinely enjoyed chatting with her, she was SO helpful and also the best kind of salesperson because she totally talked us into our purchase but we don't regret it at all and are 100% customers for life now. If I was still working as a corporate trainer, i would have offered her a job with my company on the spot. A true gem.β

βI only come to this location when I need to do a return from an online order. Every time the staff is very friendly and helpful. Suggest downloading the app for extra deals and a larger selection but they also have sales inside the store.β

βShout out to Melissa. I worked here through college and was dealing with a lot at home. I was trying to help a customer and had to call the Tanger side regarding inventory. The lady on the other end was so rude and I tried not to get upset about it but sometimes we all just have a bad day. Stockroom manager Melissa found out, called them back chewed them out and stood up for me. I never forgot about that, though it's been some years. Appreciate you Melissa. You too Bonnie. You were both good and kind to me when I was struggling.

βI purchased a beautiful bag. Unfortunately, a little stitching broke. I live 2 hours away from San Marcos. I called the San Marcos store and spoke to Raul. He was very kind and just asked me to send him a picture from the bag. He than asked to send him the bag and in return, he'll ship me a new bag. I recieved the bag within 24 hours. I am very happy because the whole process was smooth and easy. Raul provided great costumer service!β

βThe store is one of my favorites. There is actually one location on each side of the outlet. The store was clean and tidy. The associates were very polite. I always find everything I'm looking for in my size. The clothes are good quality and last a long time. When I made my purchase I was able to get an additional discount by signing up with my email.β

βI meant to write this review a long time ago, but Iβve been so busy traveling through the world that I finally found the time to tell everybody about the amazing service I received at the Carolina Herrera store here in San Marcos. I was walking long hours through the premium outlets trying to find the perfect accessory for an outfit I planned to wear during my trip to Spain. It wasnβt until I stumbled into Carolina Herrera that someone helped me find exactly what I was looking for β a gold Carolina Herrera teddy bear necklace. I fell in love the moment I saw such a beautiful piece. Just like that, a day I thought would be ruined by bad luck turned magical thanks to the wonderful experience I had at the store. I will definitely come back again because of how nicely they treated meβ

βMe and my boyfriend visited the Lucky Brand Outlet store in San Marcos, Tx. Priscilla and Franchesca helped us. They were AMAZING! It's hard to find good customer service now days and these two ladies went above and beyond. 12/10 will recommend.β

βMy family and I have been purchasing/using Douglas Smith Soap and body products since before they opened their store front. They are amazing!! I love their soaps and am so glad they're now expanding to more body products. Their face toner and lotion bars are fantastic. Really awesome local business with fair trade, organically sourced ingredients. San Marcos is so lucky to have Douglas Smith Soap Company!β
