βI just got me a sweater that i love. The only problem was that i asked an employee if they had a different color and she said no yet the next day we went back and the one i wanted was thier and many sizes of it that got me angryβ
βThe store was very inviting and Cortney was eager and ready to help me. She was welcoming and spoke to every customer who walked in and acknowledged them as well. She took time to share the promotion and events, she did all that with a smile and a positive attitude.β
βJust called the store. Nick was extremely helpful in assisting me trying to find a specific item. Was very knowledgeable, kind and friendly. He went to look on the floor for them and even online to see if he could order from another store. Made appropriate alternative suggestions and is even holding an option aside for me to come try out. βHad the absolute best service from Alexa while suit shopping for my husband. I genuinely enjoyed chatting with her, she was SO helpful and also the best kind of salesperson because she totally talked us into our purchase but we don't regret it at all and are 100% customers for life now. If I was still working as a corporate trainer, i would have offered her a job with my company on the spot. A true gem.β
βFirst time at this location with my daughter. We were looking for shirts for back to school and when we were having trouble finding the one she wanted Maya went above and beyond for us. Maya even took down the display without even asking her to do so! As soon as we walked in she greeted us with a smile overall a great customer service experience. βI went today to Talbots Outlet in San Marcus and I couldn't be more pleased!! The two young ladies who helped me were awesome!! One was cacusain & one was black, but I failed to get their names. They were both so patient.helpful, professional, and kind. Kudos to them both for their great customer service! Great selection of clothes, too!β

βI shopped the San Marcos outlets last week and my experience at Kade Spade stood out over every other store. I was greeted, told about the special sale for Mothers Day, the sales associates were all friendly, but not pushy. Very well trained staff, I was impressed!β

βShout out to Melissa. I worked here through college and was dealing with a lot at home. I was trying to help a customer and had to call the Tanger side regarding inventory. The lady on the other end was so rude and I tried not to get upset about it but sometimes we all just have a bad day. Stockroom manager Melissa found out, called them back chewed them out and stood up for me. I never forgot about that, though it's been some years. Appreciate you Melissa. You too Bonnie. You were both good and kind to me when I was struggling.

βI went into the Soma store at the outlets today. My go to is usually the store at La Cantera but the last time I went in that store, I had a very bad experience.
I chose to go into this store today and upon walking in, I was immediately greeted.
Emily approached me with a huge smile and the personality to match. I explained my wants and needed, she measured me and proceeded to offer an array of options. She spent so much time with me.
She kept coming back with different options, and she was so patient and professional. I'm in customer service as well so I notice. Give that girl a raise....she is phenomenal!!
If I could give her 10 stars, I would. 🤩β
βThis was my 1st visit to the Chico's Outlet and I must report I had the best experience I have ever had shopping. I arrived early and had the pleasure of meeting the associates Maria & Susan. They greeted me, asked me a what my needs and likes were and immediately went straight to work. These 2 women were amazing! I literally felt like i had my personal shoppers. They helped me put outfits together, offered me a sales/marked down items and even made several trips to their inventory in the back in hopes of finding me the perfect outfit.
Amazing! Thank you Maria and Susan so very much! I will never forget how much you blessed me with your time and care. I am loving my new outfits.

βThe store is one of my favorites. There is actually one location on each side of the outlet. The store was clean and tidy. The associates were very polite. I always find everything I'm looking for in my size. The clothes are good quality and last a long time. When I made my purchase I was able to get an additional discount by signing up with my email.β
βWow, what great service! I went in with an exchange after we had washed the jeans and realized there was a tiny hole in the front. The sales associate Makenna helped me through the whole process and when they didn't have the size I needed in store anymore was able to order it online and have it shipped to me. Very professional, quick, and upbeat service! Thank you for making my day a bit easier!β

βThe staff at this place is amazing! I left my purse in the dressing room and the lady at the front of the store had told everyone over the radio to help look for a black purse immediately. βYvette at San Marcos outlet store was 5stars all the way! She knew exactly of a sweater I described and took me straight to it. Then she helped when she saw my hands full of items to leave at the checkout. It’s like I had my very own personal shopper!! If I can give her more stars I would :) An amazing girl who I’m sure can get promoted to management soon enough so she can train others to be just like her!!β
