“I placed an online order for curbside pickup. Almost immediately after submitting my order, I got the “your items are ready” email. I waited until the next morning to head that way. When I got there, there was a sign on the door saying the computers were down and the store was closed due to it. I was bummed… I started to leave and just drive back to San Marcos another day but decided to call the store to ask if fully paid curbside orders were affected by the computer being down. She told me I could pick it up now! She unlocked the door and allowed me in to complete the pick up process. I’m so happy I decided to call to make sure. 5 stars for how fast they fulfilled my order after placing it and for the manager knowing how to navigate through a computer failure and allowing me to pickup my curbside order.”

“Great Disney store outlet, friendly staff, clean and tidy. Some things may be hit or miss but you can find nicely discounted deals. Not much options for bags or higher valued items as it was lots of seasonal items. Would’ve been nice to see some of the home decore items. If your within a reasonable drive to here I would recommend checking it out as you may find that same item you have in your shopDisney cart, Without a shipping cost.✨ ”

“Wow, what great service! I went in with an exchange after we had washed the jeans and realized there was a tiny hole in the front. The sales associate Makenna helped me through the whole process and when they didn't have the size I needed in store anymore was able to order it online and have it shipped to me. “Very helpful, very friendly staff. I immediately felt welcomed upon entering the store and ended up leaving with a few new pairs of the softest jeans I've bought in awhile. I got a good deal here -great clearance section and their regular prices are discounted. Great place to go if you love 7 For All Mankind but cringe at the $200 or so price tag. I can't stress how great the staff was.”

“This stand alone store was a delight. It is well organized and Fully staffed. There were plenty of sales and clearance racks as well as a fully stocked store of merch. The check out counter was. A little hard to find, it's at the front of the store. The line got long and cashier's responded quickly and came to help alleviate the line. it is a large store with plenty of room to roam and not feel crowded. Everyone was willing to help with location of items or departments. The jewelry department was awesome and well managed.”
