“I love this boot barn!! I stopped here to try and find an outfit super last minute for a work event I had. I’m from up north so I was completely out of my comfort zone and had absolutely no idea what I was even looking for. Everyone working was very friendly but especially the girl Kendall who was so helpful!! I love women who support other women and she was definitely a girls girl!! She helped me pick out everything from my hat down to my jeans and was just so sweet and honest. “Robert was amazing. I came in with a return from a previous visit because I never even wore the shoes after buying them. The previous associate said they only had 3 shoes in my size and I chose the lesser of the evils. Robert, however, went back and brought me 6 options and said there were more if I wanted. He asked about my preferences, style, wardrobe, and ended up finding me the perfect pair of shoes. If you go to this location ask for Robert, this man gives veterans in the workplace a great name.”

“I was very upset at first when I got there because I had won the raffle on the 4s and you have til 12pm to pick up and I showed up at 12:07pm. We were flying to get there, almost got into a bad wreck so my anxiety was high. I kept calling and calling and calling and nobody answered the phone. So I had to wait for the 2nd raffle they do for the ones that don't pick up by 12pm and one of the co-workers walks by me and says don't worry your getting yours. Oh I was so damn happy after that. “If your ever near Rolling Oaks Mall go upstairs by the food court to LID's . They sell every kind of baseball cap & knit caps for men & women . They also have a huge selection of SPURS caps . This location also does custom embroidering . Manager is really nice & very helpful with finding what you need or want .”
“Every time I need help, Steven and this other tall guy always go above and beyond for me. They never mind going to the back checking for sizes and how many pairs they have for example an exclusive release, if a pair doesn’t look right as a manufacturer defect, they both have gone back there to check for the best pair. There’s a girl there with glasses who is COMPLETELY rude. Gave me an attitude and when the gentleman were not there as if I was bugging her where there was no customers. I felt very uncomfortable while getting helped and rung up. My total was above 300 dollars and still giving me an attitude? On a slow day ? The actions said it all with her and is not up to par like Steven. If the company ever sees this or corporate, Steven needs a recognition for all of his hard work and providing excellent customer service. I get the best information from Steven that guy needs a raise or some reward for sure. Thank you Steven for always taking care of me”

“I had never heard of, or been to a Cavender's boots until last week. I'm kind of scared that I discovered this store because for one, they're everywhere and 2nd, I want every single woman's item in these stores lol. It is a cowboy/cowgirl heaven! We specifically came here for some Rodeo outfits and this was just the place to come to! They have it ALL when it comes to boots, hats, buckles, rodeo attire etc! I love that they have a "clearance" section and A LOT to sift through for good prices. Overall though, I do think it's a bit pricey but it's decent quality! Service was awesome! The staff was very attentive and patient with our many questions and requests to "see" stuff! Oh boy! I'll be coming here more than I wish, now that I discovered this TX gem!”

“I called around for a specific pair of shoes. The salesperson at this store knew his stuff. I went to the store and was kindly helped out by the staff. This was a busy Christmas Eve and they still had what I needed. I came back on 12/26 to exchange the shoes with my family and although they didn’t have the sizes we wanted in all variations, they were helpful in finding alternatives. Not a five star because attitudes could’ve been a bit more friendly all around.”
