“I went there to get my little sister’s iPhone 15 Plus fixed. She damaged the screen, and that was the only thing that needed repair. I showed up with a bunch of questions — asking about the price, whether the screen repair would affect anything like screen recognition, and if there were any cons. He answered everything. Really chill dude, and the whole atmosphere was chill too.
He told me it would take around 30 minutes, but he came out in under 20. He even gave me a privacy screen protector. The total came out to $173.19. The repair itself is $159.99, but that’s before tax.”

“Jerry is an exceptional employee. He goes above and beyond to correct mistakes Caused by other employees that don’t do their job I purchased a phone from a lady. I believe her name was Valerie. She was too busy trying to get off of work and forced me into buying a new phone and also skipped past all the login settings to where my phone was overly loaded and I could not login to any of my apps or even use my phone to make phone calls. Jerry went above and beyond to help me reset my phone, but also troubleshoot and guide me in the right direction on what’s needed despite being overly loaded, busy and taking control of everything in the store by herself, he demonstrates a true leader and superior customer service by handling all these difficult task by itself while remaining calm he definitely needs a raise.”
