I told him I was having phone issues. He browsed my phone and noticed some apps that could be a problem. He also saw a few ads popping up and noted them. He was very knowledgeable in knowing what oddities to look for.
He delwted several junk.apps and gaming apps not used. He was able to clean my phone up. He aks was able to point me to where I can clean my trouser periodically.
He is an asset to Cricket. This kind of service is what makes people want to do repeat business with Cricket when we need phone service or a new phone.
