“The Hispanic gentleman, Diego. at the counter this morning 10-31-25 was very cordial.
I told him I was having phone issues. He browsed my phone and noticed some apps that could be a problem. He also saw a few ads popping up and noted them. He was very knowledgeable in knowing what oddities to look for.
He delwted several junk.apps and gaming apps not used. He was able to clean my phone up. He aks was able to point me to where I can clean my trouser periodically.
He is an asset to Cricket. This kind of service is what makes people want to do repeat business with Cricket when we need phone service or a new phone.
I understand he is a manager that works several different Cricket stores. I wish we could have the locations he's at on various days. I would consider driving tonthevstore he's at when I need service just for his knowledge of cell phone navigation and products.”
